The building was renovated a few months ago. So although it?s new, the restaurant was dirty, every table was dirty, there was... food in the floor and the trash can was full! Worst customer service. I went drive through and there was a car ahead of me and blocked so I could not reply someone then she... asked what I wanted to order. When my car reached to talk to her and she let me waited for a while then she said ? I asked manytimes you did not reply??!!! Oh really?!!! You did not see me could not reach to talk to you?!!! The store was generally clean. Ordered for a family member on the electronic screen. It took a long time to get only a kids... meal. The garbage can inside the store was filled with garbage and garbage was stacked on top of it. Kids were running aroundwith no shoes on. The employee called the number to pick up the food and walked away before we got it. There was noacknowledgment or even a thank you. Read more

Just went to get the kids some food from here. They asked us what kind of sauce for our kids meals we get home and no sauce or... even ketchup in their there happy meal boxes. I don't know what's going on with all these fast food restaurants where they thinkit's ok do not give customers any more sauce or ketchup but they do want to charge more for their food. Brand new building andeverything for this to be happening. I understand companies need to save money but at what costs. I don't think having unhappycustomers is worth their cents they save by being cheap. Read more
Went through the drive through and ww were using s coupon for $5 chicken sandiwhc, medium fries and medium beverage. We were... told that their were no more French fries. We asked if we could substitute the fries for something else because why pay forFrench fries when we don't get any. Then after a moments pause, we were then told they had fries. My husband forgot to add astrawberry smoothie so we had to order it separately. When we got the food I made sure we got the fries. Which we did. Weordered a M strawberry smoothie that came 20% empty. New building. I have taken my grandchildren there for years and they like it. The old building had a playground for the kids... I'm not sure the new one does because I went through the drive-through and got a sausage biscuit this morning. I got addicted tothe chicken nuggets when I was going with the grand kids. Many good memories not only of food but fun times at McDonald's. Read more
