Ordered a filet O'fish combo with sweet tea amongst other things and was very disappointed. Filet O'fish pattie flatter than a... regular burger patty and dried up. Cheese super yellow cold and rubbery bread flat and hard, fries cold and sweet tea not sweet.Nuggets luke warm and hard. Threw it all away and now in Cane's drive thru. I don't want anything free I just want this locationto do better. The line is already despicable there all the time so at least let the freshness of the food be worth the wait. Read more
When something is not working they should put a sign up so that people don?t waste their time cashier moving super slow as if... she doesn?t want to be at work all around 20 minutes wait and I did not to get anything because they where out of it ??????????? Read more
Their food is good as long as you order your food freshly made

Something always is wrong with my order never sized right orr made right. Today asked for no onions they put no pickles. The... kids are always to busy talking wvwn sometimes on the cell phones while handling money or credit cards. Read more
I order 2 cookies they made us wait 10 minutes maybe more while our order was being ignored as they continued to make other... larger orders. They kept repeating 2 cookies and ended up giving us 6 chicken nuggets and a small fry. I didn?t see what they put in the bag until I got home. I?m pregnant and they could tell I was frustrated from the wait as we gazed over and asked foran update on the order this is bad customer service! Knowing the order repeating it to fellow employees and ignoring thecustomer by giving them something else to get them out the way. Happened around 3 today. Read more
Ratings between fast food restaurants are similar. We all expect predictability and consistency. Unfortunately this location has... violated the McDonald?s standards. I ordered a combo consisting of a burger, fries and drink. The combo arrived with cold fries.The end pieces that is normally shoved into the trash was sold to me. The burger arrived from the short trip of kitchen to firsttable in restaurant with the patty and lettuce had slide out of the bun. The bun was so stale that it was cracking and breakinginto separate pieces. Shame on this location to violate this company?s reputation. Read more
