worst experience i order on the mobile app park in the curbside wait like 20 min they notify in my app that the food was already... pick up then took 5 more min to a lady show with the food and my drinks but part of the drinks were in her uniform no drinkcarrier just disgusting to see all that plus she didn't have my coffee after all that she want me to wait more really i toldher i cant wait take the food and ask your manager to refund my order something simple then i call the manager actually answerso rude like is my fault she had poor costumer service skills and said what i need that she cant understand what is a refund for the food i never touch and don't even care this kind a manager needs more training and if she can drive to the McDonald inbeamer road and learn from the employees that have better costumer service they give me my order in less than 6 min and havegreat attitude don't waste your time on this location Read more

The young man who was working the drive thru was on his phone apparently while I was trying to place my order. I know for a fact... he was on it when we pulled up to pay. But while I was placing the order I kept having to repeat myself when I would ask aquestion. He was making my husband very frustrated because we were moving all weekend and all we wanted to do was stop in grabsome food and go. However the whole ordering process took several minutes to complete because he would not answer my questionand I kept having to repeat it multiple times. Then our order wasn't complete, we were missing items and by this time we werejust frustrated and left instead of going in to complain. I can't believe the horrible experience we had dealing with thislocation. I will most likely not go back to this store, only because we should have gotten better customer service here. It'snot that hard to answer my question about a deal they're running nor is it that hard to respond to me when I place my order,saythat it's completed and wait for the total. Read more

Food is great but HORRIBLE guest service. Employees always seem to be angry and never greet the customer at the window. If you... ask for sauce they have an attitude and always give you a single pack of sauce. Ruins my whole day. Read more

Location is very clean. Food we ordered was good. Hot, cooked right. Chicken nuggets were crispy, burgers were juicy, fries... weren't salted too much. Claudia G. Was friendly at the counter during our visit. Read more
