Only reason I come to this location is my special needs daughter, and the orders always wrong. I use the app, no matter how... many times I tell the person I was charged through the app they insist on swiping my card. No matter what. They tell me I'mwrong when I get a notifica immediatelyç . I tried showing her where the money was taken out but she didn't care and wouldn'tpay attention. 3rd, and LAST time this will happen. Over $127 in fees in 2 months because of your store. Now my accounts overdrawn by almost $52. Called the manager and he treated me like trash could care less. I just started a new job and don't getpaid for over a week, and you're store, due to negligence, and not listening to the customer has made it so a child who is nonverbal and in wheelchair won't be able to eat for at all for a week. When all I was trying to do was give her a treat for thevery painful surgical procedure she had done yesterday. Cheers Now I can't afford her pain meds, so thank you McDonald's formaking her life even harder. It is so sad. Manager let the begger and homeless sit in the Mcdonald and guess what. Homeless be watching the cashier register... when the employee give back change. Then suddenly walk up to you and ask for money and another homeless stand by the door to askfor change. The manager know this but lost it mind. Don't go inside. GO TO DRIVE THRU. The guy taking my order couldn?t even seem to comprehend what I was ordering. It was literally a simple order. Then he finally... repeated my order back to me but in the end it was still wrong as my food came out. I didn?t even wanna argue down or bring itup it was wrong because the girl at the second window had an attitude and was making me feel uncomfortable . Very fast through the drive through. The cashier was super nice and got my order right the first time. Pulled to the window my... food was waiting for me hot and fresh.
