??I literally had to give the drive thru employee 5 dollars for her to give me some extra ketchup with my $20 dollar purchase.... She said her manager said only 2 ketchups per customer.I had to convence her to accept $5 dollars for extra ketchup. I neverhad this issue on no other fast food restaurant. Read more

Good service and food was delicious. The servers were very helpful and polite. Also there was no long wait for the food.

Went on lunch time they couldn't handle the rush, messed up another guys happy meal order and mine too.

The Fondren location is a place that need customer service training. The orders are often wrong because of the Spanish speaking... staff don't understand and are nasty and arrogant. I've spoken to the GM and promised change. The community will tolerate theracil overtones from the staff. Will monitor for results. Read more

The restaurant dinning area supposedly open at 5am, but at 5:40 it was still closed. I had to order the mobile order. Then I... spoke to speaker for picking up order, and drove to first window. But the girl said nothing and close her window when I toldher "picking up order". I drove to second window, but they insisted I had to back to first window! Okay, I lost my fight, andback to the drive-thru lane. Then, at first window, they gave me just the receipt, and told me pick up at second window!!! When I asked for manager, they just said manager only come in the afternoon. I never had any issue with other McDonald's. Sowhat is going on with this one?!?! Read more

McDonald's got me for $10. I got four big breakfasts with hotcakes and I added bacon on each meal. I'm guessing they didn't have... enough bacon because they had one strip of bacon and tore it half for each meal. So I was charged $10 for 4 strips of bacon anddid not receive my hash browns. It's just the fact that they knowingly did this instead of telling me that they didn't haveenough or wait a few minutes for more bacon. Read more

I went in that day with my Service animal & didn't have but a few bucks on me. With that being said was really hungry. My... objective was to get a chicken sandwich along with a fry but I didn't have enough. So I told the cashier my situation & hesuggested that I get 2 chicken sandwiches for the amount of $ that I had. Considering the sandwiches were on the value menu Idid! The cashier even gave my dog a free burger! I was grateful! I sat in & ate. The ladies restroom was very clean and stocked.My dog & I bellies were very happy! Thank you ???????? for making my experience a delightful one! Customer Service from thatyoung man @ the register was very courteous! It's just the small things in life what counts! Read more

Wait time in drive thru was about 16 mins. Decided to just get coffee. Coffee is definitely hot and as always it is good coffee.
