I asked for "3" sweet and sour successes when asked in the drive thru and was given "3" BBQ by mistake. This was after i was... asked to pull up and wait for my order 2 other customers were also directed to wait also after I was told to wait. As we allwanted their orders came out first while i was waiting still. After a while my food came out, I looked it and the "GOLDEN LIKEVALUED" sauces were wrong so I had to drive around to the walkup window and get out. As i was waiting at the window a "teammember" was too busy talking on his cell phone to help so I waited till someone came by the window. He motioned to me to getback in line. I motioned for him to come to the window. So walking as slow as your dog does after getting caught eating toiletpaper he arrived. I explained that the sauce was wrong and could i please get "3" Sweet And Sour sauces for the order. Hereplies "I need the BBQ sauces back". I asked if he was kidding and he then asked me "You wanted the S/S don't you, and then Ineed the BBQ back then. So I return to my truck (black GMC no tailgate 4 door) dig through the bags recovered the "CARGO" andswiftly return it to the window hoping all the while I was not spotted with this group of "3" gold valued sauce packs in theopen. Needleless to say I did make it safely with no attempts on my life. He swiftly swapped them out and I asked for amanager. This RUDE BOY was either ERIC or RAMIRO. The other McD's person again ERIC or RAMIRO makes me back away from the windowand closes it on me while I was waiting on my receipt because I did not get one in the drive thru because the boy on the phonewanted a more privet cell phone conversation I assume. the 2 boys were rude, unhappy, and failures at following health code. Always good food and clean every morning they wash the drive through so I appreciate that and I?m sure the kitchen is clean ????

Unfortunately, this trip to MD's was not good!! At the intercom I had to repeat my order several times before driving to the pay... window. My order was not correct and employee who didn't take my order at the intercom corrected it before I paid. He wasfriendly. While waiting to get my order at next window, the car in front of me was handed drinks. Those drinks were mine???? Hegrabbed the drinks into his vehicle, took the 1 he wanted and handed the other drinks back to employee. When I got to the windowthe employee handed me those same drinks???????? I apologize to her first and then told her I will not take those drinks. Iwould like some new ones. She was not happy (rude) and said the man only touched the drink he wanted and handed the others back(he grabbed the whole cup holder)!? She also said she just made those drinks. I still refused and asked to have my drinksremade!! I had to pull up and wait for them. The truck behind me also had to wait for their order but they got theirs before Idid?? When I did get mine the employee (different person) was just holding the drinks (rude). She didn't even say hello, doesthese drinks belong to you or thank me. Very unprofessional!! Where should I start. Well, I live 4 mins from this place and will keep going because it is the closest one. Every time I go... through DT I ask for fresh food because the fries are always limp. When I go inside I see all this. Every time. They are so in arush to close, they leave their cleaning utensils out( safe hazard and eye of the customer). All of the tables are dirty,including the one I am sitting at. I ordered at 9:17pm. Did not receive my food until 9:33pm. Oh did I mention I was sittingdown looking crazy because they lost my ticket for the 100th time. I am not exaggerating and If I am, let my cat get ran over.Every time I go in they loose my ticket. Idk What?s wrong with me or the restaurant. Anyway, I get my food almost 20 mins laterwith limp fries. So I had to return my fries so I could wait 5 mins for fresh ones. Okay, now my 3 burgers are getting cold. Ionly ordered 4 items and It felt like I ordered a 100 tailgate at Canes. Ridiculous. When they have an order ready, they don?teven call out the number, they just leave it on the expo table with the ticket number. There was a guy standing next time rightin front of them. He literally waited 5 mins with me to find out that his order was sitting their the whole time, thinking itwas my bag. SMH. The manager was just walking around not even asking people what they ordered or doing table touches. Do you seethat drink on the pictures? That?s a crew members drink!!! How unsanitary is that... they have them right next to the drinksthat you guys get... yuck! Anyway, I hope this review helps this restaurant improve their customer service and specially retrain their employees, maybe even shut down idk. I?ll be back asking for fresh food and waiting 15-20 minutes every time I gojust for the cravings. I visit maybe twice to 3 times a month. I hesitate to go sometimes, but whatever. Read more
