Never in my LIFE have I ever been to such a horrible Mcdonalds. Over the past month or so I've visited this location a couple... times, regardless of my bad experience because I know sometimes bad days happen! I've worked fast food, I know what it's like.However when I've gotten the same terrible experience everytime?? That's too much. Number one, no matter what time of day it is,there is a line because the workers can't efficiently take orders. They're rude as well both at the speaker and at the window,basically berating you by their tone. You can sit at the speaker for 5 minutes before someone comes and takes your order, whichis unacceptable. Then there was one morning when I ordered a Mcgriddle and a mcmuffin, both sausage egg and cheese. The sausageon the mcgriddle was fine, but the one on the mcmuffin was weird. As soon as I put the bag in my truck, I started smelling wetdog food. The texture was off as well, it was super firm and seemed thinner than usual. I've never had an issue with a sausagepatty, so I don't know how this even happened. Overall, this location is awful. Read more
Wow I just spent over $20 on lunch at this location and just before I left I walked up to get some water in my empty drink cup... and an employee whom I presume was management? yelled and came running out to the dining room to tell me refills are notallowed. I stated I just wanted to get some water and she tells me I have to pay for water too. ARE you SERIOUS?!? I didn'tcomplain when they messed up my order and put extra ice in my iced coffee. So yeah I'm still thirsty after drinking my extraiced coffee. Since when does McDonald's charge for water in a cup I already paid for? That's just grimy business practices in myopinion. Worst location, staff is so rude?.. manager or admin should look into this. I requested to put fish burger in a happy meal box... for my little daughter but lady refused straight away, never happened to us at any other mcdonald location, staff alwaysunderstand and accommodate afterall it?s just a box. I went to this McDonald's on two different days and I ordered a large caramel frappe on both days amongst other things and on... both days this is how it looked. When I asked them to make it over both times they said it was nothing wrong with it and refuseto make it over. I will not patronize this McDonald's again. Read more
I eat McDonald?s breakfast maybe once or twice a year for obvious reasons. This locations pros: Food was hot, quick, delicious,... and fresh. Cons: staff members weren?t very friendly, and the caramel macchiato wasn?t great. It was way too sweet. Read more
Fries were hot and crispy and once my order was taken I was out of here in less than a minute. Two terminals for drive thru. I... pulled up to the first one car ahead of me pulls off so I love up one. Person behind me is now served first. I wait second carbehind me is served first. I back up to the previous terminal and I'm told to pull forward. I pull up to the window and the ladythere wanted to argue with me. Read more
