I live very close to this specific McDonald?s and since I?m a grandpa, I love to take my grandchildren here for them to play. I... come very early in the morning because their coffee is excellent and very affordable. The playground is very clean and great forthe kids, it?s always empty so the kids really enjoy it. This restaurant has horrible customer service, the manager on duty was not trying to assist me the customer at all. I had been... in the drive thru since 10:23am they had a line, I get to the speaker at 10:31 and order but get told breakfast is over at10:30. I was using a code on my McDonald app. I was unable to Use the code or any other code for that matter for 15min. I triedto use my free Big Mac with no purchase code but had to wait 15 min. I asked the manager how she would able to help me andsimply informed me that she can?t do anything, I could order lunch but that she could not help me at all.. so rude and nocustomer service quality or value was shown. I have already notified corporate because this this type of treatment is uncalledfor for management. Read more

This McDonalds, like all other recently, cares. I thing for good customer service. I ordered the big breakfast with hotcakes (my... only option) and was charged more than the menu price. When I questioned the man at the pay window he said I could get ?it? withonly sausage. Since I was ordering a big breakfast I assumed that?s what he was talking about. Unfortunately, when I arrived atwork and opens my breakfast it was only hotcakes and sausage. Upon calling the manager to complain she left the phone on speakerso the background noise drowned me out and once I yelled my complaints so she could hear me she hung up. Disrespectful cashier told me I should have been patient when I almost drove past their first window thinking it wasn?t open,... even though I did stop after seeing their open window and apologized. First of all, how would I know the green light on top oftheir window means it?s open, when I don?t visit McDonald?s often? Second of all, the audacity he had to tell me to be patient,who does he think he is? If that?s how you treat your customers, especially in the morning, I won?t be returning to thislocation. This McDonald?s in particular always serves you food that?s been sitting under the heat lamp for long periods of time. It always... happened to me with my fries and I always have to ask for new ones to be maid and sometimes they have the audacity to tell methey were just made when they were stale as ever. It just happened to me again today for my Spicy Nuggets, 15 pieces were staleand old and 5 tasted new and crispy? they didn?t have enough to finish a 20 piece from the once?s sitting in the lamp so theyhad to cook a few to finish it but never dump old food that?s been sitting under the lamp forever? that?s profit margins wastedat this franchise, Not corporate store owned location. The food is always consistent....but this particular visit, I ordered from the video order screen for a change. Got my tent... number (33) and sat down as the meal was to be delivered to my table...and waited. All the while patrons who came in after mewere being served. I sat for another 15 minutes waiting for my number to be called. I finally went to the counter and askedwhere my order was and she asked if my number was 256 (I think that was the number), I said no, my number is 33, it's right hereon the tent! She looked at the receipt on the order and the big numbers was the number 33, however, she was calling the othernumber on the receipt which is a much smaller number, I asked her why she didn't call 33, and she just said that 256 was thenumber. Then asked her why wasn't the meal delivered to my table, and she said they were out of trays and they can't deliverbags of food. I asked her if I could get a fresh meal as this one was obviously sitting on the counter for a while, and she saidI would have to pay for a new meal. This is not a slam against McDonald's, this is just ridiculous customer service. Read more

Stopped in for chicken nuggets and delicious fries. Played air hockey while we waited and used the cleanest restroom I've ever... seen in a McDonald's. Great experience. Read more
