My burger had wet lettuce which kinda ruined the burger. I actually don't blame the staff..they are rushed and try to do their... best. Perhaps the person who helped us was new..they were friendly but sorta spilled our drink a little and we had to ask for anapkin to dry it off before getting in car. McDonald's offers various and special pricing, a varied menu and normally a goodfast-food experience. Read more

I order online all the time from here and every time I put an order online for the food takes forever and then always comes out... wrong. In this case they forgot my kids nuggets in their happy meal and I had to turn around and then I went to eat my burgerand look at how much mayonnaise!? Who does that? This location had the nerve to ask why I was taking a photo, the resturant is operational while a maintenance person is sitting... on top on the French fries station with his shoes and drilling in the wall openly without consideration to dust or debrisfalling everywhere and no consideration to food safety nor responsibility to customers or food safety regulations!! The crew wasmore concerned about the picture I took rather our safety, this is definitely not OK in any way, such repairs should be donewhen the store is closed and not when you have not only the French fries Staton but the beverage station next to it and the deepfryer as well as the Togo window.. so imagine the cross-contamination. Ordered an iced coffee and sat in for a while in the nice high chairs. They have a number of group tables. It looks renovated.... It's walking distance from Target. The drink was good. Read more
Positive Vibes! Ms. McDanial was the manager on duty and i promise there was lots their doing like stocking cups and sauces and... what not HOWEVER it was evident that serving customers with a friendly smile was atop this managers to do list. She seemed toenjoy interacting with both her customers and employees. Manager McDanial obviously has a hard work-ethic and this seems totrickle down and positivly influence all of her workers. I remember her polity asking a couple of her employees to lower theirvoices. nd at one point reminding them that guests were still dining. They said sorry and I reallt enjoyed being there. Tried ordering through the drive through, was cut off by the order taker while attempting to verify my order. DT staff refused... to correct the issue. Seriously hire people with a bit of customer service skill. Read more
