I Doordashed for them. I saw them cancel customer orders often when they don?t feel like making it. The manager lied to me one... time saying a customer cancelled the order just to avoid having to hand it to me? I checked with the customer and he said it wasnever cancelled. There is hardly ever a line at this McDonalds and it is pretty clean.But you never know who you will get as far as customer... service. Some days I am blown away by the politeness and other days I am disappointed. I wish that people who do not LIKEcustomer service didn't WORK in customer service jobs. Long time eyesore business to the community for decades since the 80's. It was a magnet for undesirables and cheap food. But,... visiting in 2022, I discovered they had redesigned their interior. Rebranded with a subway them and replaced the previous hoodstaff they consistently hired. When I visited older retired men were sitting around having coffee & discussing the days events.Again, a full 180 from the dark dingy days to being bright corporate open and welcoming. Read more
Food was great, staff was very friendly but it did take longer than normal to get my food. The biggest thing that I didn't like... is that at the window where we get out food there is almost always someone asking for food or money. Read more
