The drive thru is NOT 24 HOURS!! I love the coffee & oatmeal but they never open before 0530am it's a damn lie!!

I know people have bad days and that goes with restaurants. The service was slow and poor. I waited 15-20 for a combo that is... easy to put together. Every other customer in the lobby was waiting longer for their own order. It pays to have a littleorganization. Read more

I ordered from the kiosk. It was very easy to do. The meal came to my table within 5 minutes. My order was brought to me... correctly. The server didn't give me my drink cup initially but went to get it & brought it to me immediately. The food wasfresh & I received it exactly as I ordered it with an extra squirt of mustard & ketchup on my Quarter Pounder with cheese and aregular hamburger. Dining room was very clean and sanitized. 09/18/22 update: I don't know if this location has newmanagement. All that I do know is this location is getting so much worst. The service is extremely slow for those who choose toorder inside the restaurant. This location prioritizes the drive thru customers moreso than those customers who order inside,including online & kiosk orders. The dining room and restrooms were filthy and lacked supplies. They didn't even stock therestrooms with toilet tissue paper. Customers had no choice but to use paper towels as a substitute for toilet tissue paper. Worst McDonald's ever. You have a bunch of kids in there playing around and not worried about customers. I am a gm at a... restaurant and have been a general manager for about 6 years now and this establishment should be embarrassed of how nasty anddirty it was in there. It took literally 25 minutes of me waiting on a large fry for me to have to go in and ask where my fry'swe're I told the girl that was working the registers so then she went and told another guy and they still didn't do anythingafter arguing back and forth for 5 minutes I said can you just give me my refund and she's like well you're just going to haveto bring me everything back in all I wanted was the refund on my large fry that was it. To the manager who runs thisestablishment you need to do better training on your employees and practice safe protocol in there because it definitely isn'tit's very hazardous and dirty and nasty. What's going on with these people that take your orders now. They just day, what did you have? What did you have?. No greeting,... don't ask for the sizes, don't ask if the order is correct. They just hire anyone even if they don't want to work. Nobody eventrying to compete with chik fil a. Get nice people to handle orders not just anybody..
