I like McDonald's, sadly, though, I always buy 1 cheeseburger, 6 nuggets, small fries, and a drink. I always ask for got mustard... and packs of ketchup. When I receive my order, they never put the ketchup!!!!!!! Who in their right mind orders French fries inAmerica, and does not expect to eat them with some ketchup ??? Are you kidding me... then, this very place is always out of iceand Powerade. Yet, because I just got off from work, being tired from a 12 hour shift I really do not want to go somewhereelse. Do not recommend unless you want rude customer service & poor customer service. I eat at McDonald's a lot an use kiosk more than... dealing with register because they always seem to mess up my order no matter where location in Houston..well kiosk wasn'tworking so I had no choice I showed the lady my barcode with number an stated twice it was for a dollar she still rung it up forfull price an didn't give my points then when I confronted her all she did was state it didn't scan my points when she could'veput the number in if scan part didn't work & or correct my order because it was supposed come with extra fry as well...insteadthey gave me attitude so I said that's fine I'll just leave a review....just don't know I am highly rated for my Google reviews& I see why they are replacing McDonald's inside Walmart with Charlies cheesetakes... overall the years I never really ate atthis McDonald's an when I finally choose to I get a issue..that could've been resolved easily an handled with nicer customercare I give 2 star because at least my food was fresh an hot other than that never again will this location get my money nor Ihope another customer especially with cleanliness inside was disgusting with COVID still going you think they clean the countertops an table floors better sad very sad ????... Houston has changed a lot through out the years an I don't want to say but it'sgoing down hill not just this McDonald's or this Walmart a lot places... ???????? Did not receive my food order the doordash man never made the delivery after I spoke to the Dasher by the time I had realized my... food was not going to be delivered to me because the delivery driver said he couldn't find my address. By that time it was toolate and there was no delivery available until next business day. I want a refund and would like to be contacted by McDonald'sand doordash. Read more
