The employees there are VERY RUDE my order was missing items and I got out of my vehicle which I should not have had to do... because that as the reason for ordering curbside. Spoke to a girl named daysha who was EXTREMELY RUDE and she was the one whopacked the order, clearly she needs a NEW pair of glasses because she cant SEE the screen clearly to know that she DID NOTPLACE ALL THE ITEMS IN THE BOX, the ones she had looked like they needed to be replaced anyway. So I asked to speak to a managerAnd a girl named Rashad came and was just as RUDE. Those ppl were clearly having a bad day and dont need to work in customerservice, I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I order a quarter pounder. Inevitably I wait at the third window. Car after car behind me gets their food. Finally, someone runs... out with mine. No apology for the wait or anything like that. One of the few good McDonald's left in regards to the customer service and time to get your food.
Nice little McDonald's, but the parking area is super awkward. It's pretty alright, and has a little play area if you have kids.... The service was pretty quick, which is always appreciated. As always, if you don't have the app, you should really think aboutgetting it. There are some really good coupons on there. Read more
Can we get a consistent person to make ice cream cones. They are either too small or flat and round.
