They hire Hispanics who don't speak English, which isn't cool. This is America. Our Laws, Courts and Constitution are all in... English. Anyone who wants to live in America must speak English, whether well or not so well. Read more

You'll be lucky to get away with the correct order without having to go back around a second time in the drive through or go... inside to have them fix it. God forbid you live 30 min away like me, it's not even worth going back for the cost of gas. Justlower your expectations while buying from here. If you want good food and service visit wataburger up the street. They areactually open all the time as well unlike this location who decides to be closed at their convenience even when not scheduled Read more

I would put no stars but that?s not an option. Don?t waste your time going there. I work very close to this location and I?ve... come many times at 5am and they really don?t open drive thru till they want too! I?ve waited at the drive through for 35 minutesand left. The bad thing is that when you call to complain they don?t fix it. It?s a big franchise so they don?t care. The badthing about it is that it always happens. Read more

If you need to swing here for breakfast from 6-6:30, don't bother. The staff doesn't care enough to show up on time so the rest... of the staff will just stare at you. I assume they're good for normal hours, but half of their morning staff can't manage to getout of bed on time so they won't serve you breakfast. There's a Shipleys next door. Save yourself time and go there instead forbreakfast. Read more

As far as Mickyd's go, this isn't a bad one. Decent location with easy access. Clean, friendly friendly and fast. It did seem to... me that people were having issues with the drive through. Fortunately for me I decided to dine in Read more

I realize that we live in Houston and that there are many fast food chains that are struggling with hiring qualified personnel.... But every time we use this location, which we work in the area, so it's fairly frequent... The person taking our order generallyis not a strong English-speaking individual. That being said we frequently go through the drive-thru and end up with an orderthat is incorrect. An example for today, including an order that has the two cheeseburger and basket and fries deal for 6 bucks. We asked for extra pickles and onions on our sandwiches. Not wanting to hold the line up we didn't verify the receipt on the bagor open the individual papers on the sandwiches. The receipt on the bag said only pickles, and when we got back to the house forlunch and open the paper wrappers that is exactly what was on the cheeseburgers. No ketchup, no mustard and no onions. I realizeit's McDonald's and it's not Ruth Chris, but when you're paying 15 or 20 bucks for your entire lunch and we're talking about asimple request to add extra items it's just repeatedly disappointing at this particular location. Weird experience. This location has been remodeled to reflect "the restaurant of the future," where we place our own order at a... kiosk, then pick up our food at the counter...except I still had to pay at the counter. It was manned by a high school child whobarely knew how to use the register. I barely knew how to use the kiosk. There was too much "just barely" for the price/qualityof the food. I don't want to work at McDonald's, not even for 5 minutes, and certainly not for free. The new decor had a crisp, clean look - almost upscale fast food. That's the problem...too many oxymorons. It was too sterile. The family with their 3year old throwing slobbery fries on the floor, seemed out of place. The limited human interaction at the beginning of thecustomer experience didn't click with the "sit, enjoy" vibe after you get your food. Read more
