Food was good, but the girl at the register needs to learn how to respect and speak to people. Her customer service is terrible!... As I placed my order she was pretty rude but I still replied with respect. I sent my child to ask for water and she had theaudacity to roll her eyes and grunt. I understand people may be having a bad day BUT you keep that to yourself AND you do notspeak to anyones child that way. I did bring it to the managers attention and they were very respectful and courteous. Which iswhy I left 3 stars, the good food and professional response from management. I placed a mobile order at this location and after 30 minutes nobody had my order ready. Something was wrong with thier system... and even after the long wait they still couldn't give me a refund even with my reciept nor could they fulfil my order. I didnot like the service at all. Mcdonalds really need to treat thier mobile customers better or have a better system. I hate beingknown as a number when i come in and hate how i am treated when i ask for a simple refund. Read more
