Food was good, but the girl at the register needs to learn how to respect and speak to people. Her customer service is terrible!... As I placed my order she was pretty rude but I still replied with respect. I sent my child to ask for water and she had theaudacity to roll her eyes and grunt. I understand people may be having a bad day BUT you keep that to yourself AND you do notspeak to anyones child that way. I did bring it to the managers attention and they were very respectful and courteous. Which iswhy I left 3 stars, the good food and professional response from management. This store has potential, it?s just teaching theemployees proper professional customer service etiquette. Read more

I placed a mobile order at this location and after 30 minutes nobody had my order ready. Something was wrong with thier system... and even after the long wait they still couldn't give me a refund even with my reciept nor could they fulfil my order. I didnot like the service at all. Mcdonalds really need to treat thier mobile customers better or have a better system. I hate beingknown as a number when i come in and hate how i am treated when i ask for a simple refund. Read more

ordered via the app, only to find out that they close earlier than the displayed time. they estimate if a customer is gonna be... served at 11pm and close right after them. i ordered via the app in advance, so technically i should have been in queue andshould have been served. plus, it was only one drink but they wouldn't do it. the speaker system is very old and needs to beupdated. I'm never returning to such a lazy place. whoever fault it is, lazy staff who just decide to close when it's mostconvenient OR greedy management who impose their staff such a process so they don't have to pay for overtime OR whatever reasonmade this location the way it is... shame on you Read more

It was ok. Pretty warm in the theater, the customer service could have been better. Spending $100 plus taking kids to see a... movie, you want it to be the best experience. But I'll try another place before this location. Read more

The play area is really nice work plenty of seating for parents. For was good and quick. There's a big entry area that could be... better utilized with more toys or seating. The one major downside to the location is the fixed seating. You can't move thechairs or table making it very difficult for little kids to eat. Read more
