Everything was cold...and the only thing that was supposed to be cold (my drink) didn't come with a straw. I ordered a basket of... fries and was given a large fry, the pie they gave me had an "8:00am" sticker on it and I ordered my food at around 12:45pm andgot it at 1:30pm. Horrible place. Frappe machine always broken or is out service. Weekend breakfast hours not update it on the app. Customer... service not satisfactory. It takes forever to take your order via drive-through. Corporate needs to supervise this places. Read more

Bag customer service I asked for the chicken bundle that comes with two spicy chicken sandwich and order an additional 8 more... but I got only 9. I keep repeating my order to the cashier and she just keep telling me 9 chicken sandwiches when I was tellingher the bundle and 8 more totally 10 sandwiches. Be they still gave 9 . I went to the McDonald's on Bellaire and I thought I was gonna have to wait in a long drive-through line during the busiest time... for breakfast it only took me 3 minutes or less to order pay and get my food hot ,fresh and delicious. Now to note (the LittleThing) that gave this Mc Donald's its 5 stars, I asked for a second syrup to go with my Homestyle Breakfast meal & they didn'tcharge me $.50 for a extra one, they made it a No problem thing. Ordered on Doordash earlier today, but the whole order was wrong and cold by the time I received it. No suace on the burgers,... even though I ordered extra ketchup and mustard.
