I don?t know why McDonald?s want to remodel this store like this. No drink fountain, no self-service stand so you have to go ask... staff for everything and image there are lots of people also asking for napkins. Read more
As good as any other McDonald's. The bad thing is that there is no fountain drink dispenser available that's why I gave it 2... stars . There's another MCD nearby on basswood that to me is a better choice. Read more
Such great and delicious food and quick too Thier chicken biscuit and sausage cheese and egg McMuffin are delicious such comfort... food the inside is so clean and esthetically pleasing. Read more
Totally incompetent. Charged me extra and didn't even give me what I paid for. Asked for a double hamburger and a hot and spicy... McChicken, that's it. Didn't show my order on the screen and said next window. When I got there she said "$5.50" and I told herthat didn't sound right can you read me the order. She put a double cheeseburger instead and when I explained I wanted a doublehamburger she said "we don't have that". So she just removes the cheese and says "$5.50" again instead of fixing theissue. You're the only McDonald's in Houston that doesn't have a double hamburger? Went to get her manager, manager can't findit either. So she just upcharges me too add a patty instead. The best part is when I finally opened it up ITS A SINGLEHAMBURGER. I worked at McDonald's for years and I know for a fact that it's NOT THAT HARD to get it right. I like to give goodreviews but y'all deserve one star. I don't want to hear any "let us fix this" because I'm not spending $3 in gas to get $1.50back. Read more
French fries and NO ketchup? How dreadful. I ordered a Happy Meal 6 piece McNugget meal, w/extra fries (don't judge me). I pay,... check my order & immediately notice that they only gave me 1 BBQ sauce. I asked for ketchup after noticing there wasn't ANY inmy box. The cashier then informed me that the restaurant was out of ketchup. How Sway??!!! How is McDonalds out ofketchup???!!! Ok, so I kindly ask if I can have another condiment, like BBQ sauce, to use for the fries instead. The cashiersays, "sure....for 25 cents." Ridiculous. Instead of being apologetic about the absurdity of your restaurant being out ofketchup & offering a suitable complimentary replacement for the inconvenience, you'd rather use this opportunity to CHARGE mefor 1 additional BBQ sauce...BBQ sauce that I'm ONLY requesting due to ????? I live close to this McDonald?s so this is my go to spot however I will not be returning,the workers ignore the front counter... guess this my third and last time waiting 15 mins just so some one can take my order,wouldn?t be a problem if the cashier or atleast one of the workers acknowledge me and said give us one second,will be right with you,sorry about the wait or anything ofthat nature instead what I got after waiting and waving at one of the workers down is,(she coming she bagging up orders) ,withan attitude needless to say I left she was bagging up the orders for 10 mins prior,without turning around and Acknowledging ame/guest she standing waiting on the food but having a conversation with employees,that have nothing to do with theMcDonald?s,this have been the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to in my life and will not be getting any more of my hard workingmoney just to come in and get ignored ????? Horrible food, I bought the deluxe crispy chicken and the chicken was a small tender chicken. The fries were super salty, cold... and hard. I ordered jalapeños and they were dried old jalapeños. The only good item was the slushy. Read more
It's one of the best in the area. Usually fast and usually accurate. Very easy to get in and out of.
