Since moving to the Austin area, really really good Indian food has been hard to find, so while we were visiting Houston, we... prioritized trying to find a good Indian place for dinner. I was nervous when we first rolled up around 7pm because the diningroom was practically empty. But the reviews were good so we decided to give it a shot. I'm so glad we did. Mellow Manna was someof the best indian food we've had in a long time. The masala dosa was delicious, so was the Chicken 65 and the naan, but myfavorite dishes were the Chilli chicken, goat biryani (didn't see it on the menu but you can ask for it), and Mellow vegetablecurry. All of them were fantastic. The mango lassi was also very good, a little strong on the cardamom, but I'm not complaining,it was lovely. Our server was excellent, very sweet and accomodating, even as the restaurant got really busy while we werethere. We left completely stuffed and so happy. We definitely over-ordered, but the prices were great and I am happy to bringhome so many leftovers. I guarantee we will be back the next time we are in town. Read more
Ordered catering. We ordered chicken tandoori kabab, mixed fried rice, mixed vegetable, and raita. Fried rice seemed a bit dry,... but the raita helped. I liked the vegetable and the chicken tandoori. Food was fresh and good to taste. The food was ready intime for catering. And the service was good. Read more

Very friendly service. Quaint little spot by the Med Center if you don’t have time to go out to Harwin area. Veggie (potato)... samosas were so good! Loved the spices and crispiness. Would go back just for these. Shrimp biryani was tasty, as well. Wouldprobably order higher spice level next time bc medium was not spicy enough for me (kinda sweet with the onions). Definitely gotenough food for lunch and dinner! Read more

Where do I even start ? The food was AMAZING . When we first walked in we were instantly greeted and seated . We ordered the... Butter Chicken (Spicy) , Garlic Chicken , and the Pamir cheese with Garlic naan and I must say all of the food was amazing! Itwas hot , fresh and delicious!
