I love this place! I drive past it a lot and had to try it out one day and after that I was hooked! The spicy chicken sandwich... is AMAZING! The food was great and the location is nice for folks in the heights/oak forest. Having a local spot with decently priced FRESH... fresh seafood is very nice. Great selection of bourbon, Whiskey and whisky, aka scotch. The food was excellent! Kids chicken tenders are real chicken... tenderloins not pieces parts glued together! The burger bowl was excellent and very filling. The egg on top was cookedperfectly. The chicken fried steak was very large, and more than a healthy 28 year old man could eat. Brussels sprouts and lobster rolls were both amazing, but the parking lot needs attention. The current state of the parking lot... is likely to give flat tires to customers. We picked up over 10 screws in under 60 seconds. Still giving five stars because thefood was good and I?m hopeful that management will address this issue once it?s brought to their attention. This spot opened up in the middle of Covid and has preserved for obvious reasons. The exterior is very relaxing and set up... beautifully. Walking in the music gives the place a final touch to the "chill" ambiance inside. The host/waitress who greeted ushas a very friendly tone and was very welcoming. We got to pick where we wished to dine and were promptly brought cups of icedwater. The owner has developed their own app to allow for low contact ordering which in this time is very encouraged. We ordereda plate of almost everything to have a shared dinner. Food came out in a timely manner and looked amazing. The taste was beyondamazing. Oisters looked and tasted fresh, the fish was cooked to perfection, even the friend baskets was golden and crisp butheld the seafood inside tender. Their variety of drinks was very pleasing and they tasted amazing. Definitely recommend thebourbon margarita if you like your drink with a slight kick. All in all it was a very pleasant evening I enjoyed catching upwith old friends and enjoying the amazing food/beverages Millie's has to offer. I will be recommending this spot to anyone wholistens. 5 stars for what it used to be. But hold my beer? Food has gone downhill. I loved the Mac and cheese before but now it tastes... like Kraft with pepper added. Cocktails no longer on the happy hour list. Kids pizza should be removed as it?s a baguette withcheese and tomato sauce. I hope they improve because we enjoy the neighborhood feel and kid friendliness of the place. Read more
