We usually love Mod Pizza, but tonight, we came in, stood at the counter ready to order, and none of the several workers there... addressed us or spoke at all. There were four employees who were talking, laughing, looking at a cell phone, and we left withoutever ordering. The one person who was working making a pizza did say someone would be with us shortly, but no one else came overto help. This location is ALWAYS filthy! Food and trash all over the tables/ lobby and pizza prep stations. My pizza was under cooked... and the arugula was old and yellow. And the customer service is terrible, a bunch of teens with attitudes making your food. Read more

I waited 55 minutes for my food. That didn't bother me much. I was patient even though I received my first pizza (1 of 3)... practically as soon as I got there. The other 2 came out after the 55 minutes. The fat white lady boxing the pizzas wascompletely rude and throwing boxes around. I asked the chubby little dude in the back with glasses to reheat my pizza. I heardhim say to the other worker "I'm not heating up that s***". I kindly asked for a refund and will never go back. Pizza was great a good majority of the time. They're not entirely consistent mainly depending on the time that you go and how... busy it is, as well as the workers that you get. Sometimes it gets a bit busy and your pizza is getting cold waiting to becalled. Or it's a bit over or under cooked. Sometimes the workers might go a little too fast and skimp on sauce ortoppings. However, that's just the nature of most fast casual spots. The pizza, when they get it right, is amazing. Chooseyour toppings wisely! The crust has the charred spots, it's hot, it's fresh, and it's delicious. Not much to say about a pizzathat's just good. Obviously, the quality of ingredients isn't extraordinary, especially since you can choose all the toppingsand it'll come out the same price. But for what it is, it is far better than fast food pizza and most chains, as well. Read more

Employee asked me to read the menu to him because he didn?t know how to make the Mad Dog. The whole place is dirty. You can see... lines on the floor where they mop, but are too lazy to mop under the tables (see photo). The whole place is dirty and I feelsorry for whoever has to work in this terrible place. I set up for curbside and when i arrived i was told because I ordered online I had to come in and get my order. When I came in... the store, there were no customers and the employees were sitting and playing on their cell phones. The staff was not friendlyand I received a cold half made pizza.
