Worst place EVER! When it first opened, it was really great, but as time has passed, customer service has sucked. The orders are... NEVER on time, they mess up on the orders, and they take their sweet time trying correcting the errors made. Took them almosthalf an hour to give me an online order that was supposed to have been ready at the time of pickup. What?s worst, they gave mehalf of an order. At least this last time, the manager had the decency of refunding me my money. I should also clarify that I?mreferring to the MOD pizza in the Medical Center of Houston. Hot, Fresh, and Crispy! Loved the thin crispy crust! I like that I got to create my own pizza! I ate a 11" nearly all by myself... even though I should've got a personal and a salad! ???? Pizza came out hot and steamy! Staff was super friendly! Read more
First time at any MOD pizza in Houston. Had been to one before in the east coast . Had ordered the Create Your Own Mega Dough... pizza with all the toppings I liked. It was more than enough for me. It was a very good pizza ????. Enjoyed it! A lot of seatsavailable to dine in the late evening. Nice staff and clean place. I'll be back to try another pizza! ???? Read more
Reviews need update the date is Nov 17 2021 and the staff has changed as well as the environment you need to come on in to mod... pizza.I come alone and sit for a while using the wifi while eating my pizza. It a wonderful experience, Know body bugs me ,butit thus get a little crowded during the lunch hours so you Need to pick when to come in or due take out as for the new staffvery friendly and helpful. Great pizza place. I got the MOD-sized Mad Dog pizza and it was really good and pretty decently priced, although a drink wasn't... included. Staff were pretty friendly and the interior looked nice too. You could even see the pizza being baked. Overall, greatspot to eat. Read more
Do not order ahead at this location for dinner. The service and the food experience diminishes as the day progresses. I have... eaten at this location specifically twice now and last night was the last. The staff that works the night shift, especially themanager did not care at all about our disappointment concerning our order. The manager even blamed us for requesting so manysauces. We have eaten at another MODS location several of times prior and have always ordered just as much drizzled saucewithout complications. Our pizzas had so much oil and sauce that it created a mess. The finishing sauces are suppose to be adrizzle, not a puddle. What's even worse is that I tipped ahead, and was not able to be refunded for the order. We will nevervisit this location again.
