I would give them a zero if I could! I would love for the manager and ceo or whoever to look at your cameras and witness what we... just went through. My husband and I were the only ones waiting at the line, no one welcomed us but we still love mod so ofcoursewe stayed?while we were standing there the employee decides to finish her cleaning session and we still waited?but then shedecided to work on her 6 delivery tickets. Are you kidding me?! And never said a word to us! There were 3 employees there and noone was taking our order so my husband said you know what let?s go we don?t have to take this. It was rude, unprofessional andas we walked out they started laughing. I really do ask for whoever is in charge to check the cameras we are so so sodissatisfied and disappointed. Read more

Horrible Service!!! I placed an online order Order # 13048793299550208 for pick up at 10:45 am. I arrived to pick up my order at... 11:00 am. The Manager answered who was extremely rude and told me my salad was ready but not my pizza, stating she had severalorders and an order for 20 pizzas. She said it would be an additional 10 minutes. I sat there for 10 minutes my order never cameout so I left because I had to get to work. When I arrived at work I called the location so that I can get the order cancelledand refund. The Manager stated she had to get to the computer and she would cancel the order later. At this point I am like whydo I have to wait to later, no one had to wait to take the money out of my account. She very rudely told me well I told you Ihad several orders and when you drove off I was about to come outside. My response was I had to get to work, you are already atwork. She then told me like I said I will do it later because I have a lot of orders and hung up the phone in my face. I calledback someone else answered. I asked for the manager. She put me on hold , came back and said she stepped out. So I asked whatwas the Manager's name so that I would have the correct information. She said her name but I didn't understand what she said soI asked her to repeat it, she said in a very nasty response what her name was. I let her know if they didn't feel like workingtoday they should have STAYED AT HOME!!! I will NEVER order from this location again!!! The last order I placed was incorrect Ididn't complain. Great pizza place. Sizes are perfect. You could order one per person or split one if you're not that hungry. If you don't know... what you like, you can choose one of their signature pizzas. If you like to make your own, they have many toppings, cheeses, andsauces to choose. It's clean and the staff is nice. Service is quick and easy. Very organized. Love this place. Read more

Customer service is a zero! They pushed a new person in training to make our order and it took forever. They didn?t know what... the ingredients were for each pizza and we had to read the ingredients off the menu to help them. The manager didn?t even try toassist. They also push for gratuity on the sale transaction. Overpriced and not the best pizza. It?s only convenient because ofthe shopping center it?s next to. I would skip this place at all cost. Read more
