Service and food is good. However, the owner of this place treats the employees fairly bad. If you go here, Apple Pay/ Google... Pay is accepted, however please do not tip Unless you tip in cash! The employees don?t get that tip at all like most places do. Read more
I have come in multiple times and have been very disappointed each time. My first time was at lunch and got a sandwich which... tasted worse than subway. The next time I tried to get breakfast but was told they were not serving it even though it was before10. I tired once more to get breakfast and was told they were not open when the hours listed stated they were along with theopen sign being on. I still tried to order knowing they are open and was told they don't serve breakfast. Save your time anddon't come here. If I could give them no stars I would. Read more

I love to come to this place to get a quick bite to eat in between classes at HCC Spring Branch. I don't understand the bad... reviews. I have been coming here for the past few months, and I have always received good experiences. The food is fresh,delicious, and they make it fast and wrapped or put together really neatly. The staff is nice too. A little quiet and akward,but I prefer than rude ones. The place is clean, even the restroom too. The food can get on the expensive side depending whatyou get. As a student and for those on a budget, I understand this. But the price is definitely worth it for the value of thefood and quality if it as well. So I do not know if the reviews here are just negative or they rarely eaten at a deli before,but I personally like this place. I especially love their cranberry turkey panini. CRIMINALS!! The food is good enough (as with most locations), the place is clean enough (as with most locations), but the prices... are CRIMINALLY high!! 2 smoked turkey on rye w 2 chips came to $18.26!?!?!? When I asked why, the owner told me rye bread is anupcharge, as is guacamole!?! (...and when I say guacamole, I don't mean the fresh, green avocados you get in EVERY location ofJason's deli, I mean a very sparing smear of brownish-green puree). So anyway, I went to a couple of other Murphy's locations,ordered the EXACT SAME THING, and it came to $13.60(??) And the responses they gave me when I told them about the HCC location(which by the way is meant to cater to STUDENTS on a BUDGET!!!) were all the same: "NO WONDER that location doeswell!" SICKENING! This sandwich spot doesn't have a whole lot going for it. They do have a variety of items, however nothing is fresh and looks... like they just throw everything into their microwave and is done. Flavor wise is not terrible, but is definitely not worth themoney. Read more
If you're thinking about getting a quick & delicious bite to eat before heading to class or work, do NOT come to this... establishment. It takes them about 30 minutes to make one Panini. Not only are they slow, but they are also very disorganizedand can't seem to handle a small lunch time rush. After patiently waiting for half an hour, I approached the Asian man & woman(I'm assuming are the managers) and asked for my money back as I had a class to get to. The man was kind, but the woman triedarguing with me. She claimed she had tried calling me, which was a lie because I stood in front of the sandwich assembly linethe entire time. Then I tried offering some calm & constructive criticism and the woman kept shutting me up & waving her hand tome. Go to Jason's Deli instead, they never disappoint me. If I ever have an issue, however small it may be, they alwaysovercompensate for it kindly. Avoid this rude & slow establishment. Read more
Food was pretty good, but not worth the hassle of getting there. No easy way to the parking lot - either you have 2 seconds to... cut across three Lanes of freeway feeder traffic or you can drive through the HCC parking lot. Read more
