I went in last week to the location on Gray St and was a little undecided but Amanda guided to the Health Nut (my new favorite... smoothie). Amanda was very friendly and genuinely cared about helping me make the right choice. I didn't plan on buyinganything else but she could see I that was tired and encouraged me to try a ginger shot. I came in to avoid the long Starbucks line. Wrong move. I would have gotten my stuff quicker there. I had a $3 juice or smoothie... redemption (your employees should be aware of the rewards if you?re going to have a rewards app) and no one knew how to properlyredeem this. After charging my account incorrectly then then charged me again. Once you redeem a coupon you can?t get it backbecause they have a time limit expiration. Then this took 10 minutes for people to try to get help, then another 15 for mysmoothie. It?s really ridiculous that it took this long. I?ll never come back here. The other Nekter is slow as well.
