So yesterday me & my sister decided to try something new and went to a different place than our usual boba spot to support a... different business in our area . Tis the season so we ordered 2 peppermint cream teas and for a little extra sweet & creaminesswe added a scoop of ice cream to the drink . We received our drinks and headed out to try them unfortunately we didn?t like itso before we pulled off we came back in and asked could we swap out for a different drink instead. The cashier goes to grab thegirl in charge of making the drinks & and she comes out & i explain & ask again she rudely replied ?well we can?t just give you2 free drinks you ordered something that isn?t even on the menu we can do buy one get one free? almost as if she was offended weweren?t satisfied with the drinks & i guess she was referring to the ice cream addition because clearly peppermint cream tea ISon the menu how else would we have ordered it she had a visible attitude it was all in her tone body language & eye contact mindyou im not rude at all & didn?t ask rude or act demanding and entitled i just would?ve thought that we would?ve been treatednicer especially since that was our first time there definitely won?t be returning or recommending let?s just say i can tell whythe place was empty Read more

Normally I?ve had good experiences here and the smoothies are always good. That being said, I was very disappointed with my... latest visit. I decided to try their Bulgogi waffle for the first time. I made a couple of modifications because I have become sensitive to spicy foods. When I got home with my order, I discovered it was made incorrectly (none of my modifications weredone). I went back to get it corrected and they did. But when I got home, I discovered they had handed me back my originalorder! My third trip there, I walked in and they were apologizing. I was too frustrated to say a word. I just grab the bag andleft. To top it all off, I was not impressed with the Bulgogi. There was little to no flavor on the meat. The waffle was toothick for such a small portion of meat. Also, the ?to-go? container steamed the waffle making it ?spongy?. I will go back, butI will stick with the smoothies. Read more

The drink is awful and literally pure sugar. I have been drinking milk tea all my life and this is the sweetest drink I ever had... . We\'re talking about diabetic sweet here, basically sugar in liquid form. Yuck\nThe customer service and atmosphere are greatbut drinks are trash and expensive ($7). Definitely not coming back Read more

They\'ve recently come out with seasonal drinks! Its nice having some new off-menu options to try. I got the Frankenstein today... (a pandan taro milk tea) from their Halloween themed drinks and its really tasty with a cute design! Pandan is so hard for me tofind in this area but its flavor is great. I look forward to trying their other seasonal drinks for Fall and Christmas time! Read more
