Ordered the sea bass (???????). It had great flavor and was cooked perfectly. The rice it came with was a little salty. I think... this dish would be better served with a bed of mixed greens which is the way this dish is served in Greece. The Greek salad wasdelicious, but needed some real kalamata olives! Read more

Where I grew up we didn't have Greek/Mediterranean options for food. Across the U.S. this has become my favorite quicker order... based restaurant for Greek food. The food is amazing, staff is friendly, options are great. Both locations in the Houston areathat I've been to have outside seating. This is especially nice for those of us who work from home and want to get out and getsun. The only semi-negative thing I will say is my girlfriend got confused when ordering. Instead of a chicken gyro she orderedthe chicken philly. She can't eat cheese and it is loaded with two types. She had to pick it off to eat. This is more of herfault than theirs but I thought I would note for others. The pictures will show our hummus appetizer and her Philly cheese withmy regular gyro. Read more

I used to go to the downtown location, years ago. Thought I'd try this new location. The food is yum. They were pretty busy... when we came (5PM-ish). They also have a little section for desserts and baked goods. Not overtly sweet, which I love. Highlyrecommend checking it out. I always get the gyro plate, which is basically a deconstructed gyro. Just easier to manage what youend up with in every bite. The oven potatoes; definitely recommend. It's what I always order as my side. Read more

Only come here if you want your vehicle vandalized and your stuff stolen. Stopped here for a quick late lunch to treat my... daughter after she had been sick all week. Second day in a row I was told by the police this happened in the exact same parkingspot? front row parking to the front door of the restaurant. They know about this and know it is an issue. They need security atthis location that no one seems to care about this happening. Family vacation cancelled (we were on our way out of town) and my6 year old daughter is terrified, inconsolable and keeps saying the bad guys are going to get her tonight when she sleeps. Please get security at this location ASAP. Houston is just the worst right now! ???? ***Edit on the food*** super pricey for aGreek lunch. Two adults and one child $62 and $17 worth of Greek cakes for two adults and one child. Gyro plate was extremelygreasy where the grease was on other foods on the plate and the feta fries were cold. Hummus needed salt, pepper and lemon.Husband had a gyro sandwich $10 with a side of green beans $6 - both too salty. $79 lunch + $500 deductible to fix our carwindow = $579 outing to Niko Nikos and four hours of our day. Great experience! It's definitely a lot of food too and everything was good. I went with a few work colleges. It was busy when... we were here but they got though the crowd quickly and had seating available. I will say it was a bit loud inside once we hadour food and were seated. I would love to come back again and try some more dishes! Read more

Went here with a girlfriend because we craved Greek food. Let me say this.. the food was amazing. I had the gyro plate wit pita... and a Greek salad, my friend had the chicken plate. Food was absolutely amazing. My gyro meat was mildly seasoned but salt wason the table to adjust to my liking. Awesome! After lunch we tried the pastries and the ice cream. Oh my God. The ice cream is100% authentic European in taste. I got my favorite combo lemon-hazelnut. It tasted like I was back home in Europe. Absolutelywonderful. Best ice cream in all of Houston. They need to guard the recipe. My friend had the strawberry ice cream and it wasactual strawberry ice cream, not the American "ice cream" that has way too much sugar in it and no natural ingredients. Itdidn't even taste like sugar, but freshly pressed strawberries. I can't say enough positive things about this place. Sure, it'snot 100% authentic and European style Greek food is much tastier, but this is the best Greek food I have had in the many yearsI've lived in the US. Will bring friends and family here in the future because this place is amazing. Read more

This place was so delicious! They were fast to have our order ready. I ordered the gyro sandwich with fries and the blueberry... pomegranate frozen margarita. The portion sizes of the food are huge so come hungry! The frozen margarita was really sweet andnot too strong. Great for lunch! Read more
