I ordered at drive thru, chow mein orange chicken bowl. I get home my bowl was half full, mind you paid full price but the... skimped in the chow mein cuz that was all they had left. They only had limited choices as to what I could order. I was never lgiven the choice to have my food cooked fresh. The next day I called the store manager (Thein Ho)and she had an attitude, and noresolution and was argumentative. I will never go back to that location nor refer this place. Read more
Panda Express is just a Chinese fast food place a very Americanized but for me, it's better than most fast food places. However,... the price has gone up a bit too much. Overall, I like the teriyaki chicken a lot and it's the only one I buy. Read more
What Happened!! The Panda Express on FM 529 near Hwy 6 used to be great! Now the food is gross!! Very nasty!! I was furious!!... Called and didn?t they care..WTH!! Please everyone contact who experienced the same about their food and contact the manager tocomplain also. It should be shut down by the health (Food Administration). I only give it 2 stars because the staff was friendly. The prices have increased by close to a dollar, and the portion sizes... have rudeced by almost half. Also, apparently you have to ask for chopsticks and the sweet and sour sauce that it clearly statedto come with certain menu options. Overall, I was in a rush, but I should've spent the extra 10 minutes at a local place. Read more
I just had the worst experience I've ever had at a Panda express. At least 8 employees behind the line, but all of them helping... one guy. I'm handicapped, and I had to go sit in a chair for 10 minutes to wait to be served. Then the trays were all veryvery sticky and unwashed, and when I tried to wash my hands the bathrooms were all locked shut and I had to wash in the waterspout on the soda machine to get the sticky off of me. This location is progressively going downhill. Never get fortune cookies anymore, no utensils, no sauces or napkins. Gave me... the wrong order. Literally just bad celery and some orange chicken. (I asked for double orange chicken for the plate order) Justblah Read more
So I Have decided to make a complaint with this particular location, services is always good but today was like the worse... services I ever seen not even China border is this bad, decide to get some food before my shift and my recular meal is Blackpepper chicken with white rice which is a very tasty dish. Today I got serve white rice with vegetables when I told the ladyshe?s like well that?s all we have if you want something different you would have to wait 8 to 10 minutes for us to cook somemore so I see but is only vegetables she was like So .
