We have came here a few times an hour and half before closing. EVERY single time they are always out of items. I suggested 4... different entrees and they were out of each one. I came at 8pm ordered on drive thru and told me 5 minute wait for an entree, I?m like ok that?s fine got to the window they said... go around and get in line I?m like wait that will be over 10 minute wait since there were about 10+ cars in line. I?m like can?tsomeone just walk out and give me my order? They said no for safety of the employees I?m like I get it bc of the area but Iwasn?t gonna wait too much so I politely asked for a refund instead the manager comes up very rude telling other employee idkwhy she wants a refund she knew she had to wait yeah! 5 minutes!
