We have came here a few times an hour and half before closing. EVERY single time they are always out of items. I suggested 4... different entrees and they were out of each one. The lady at the drive thru was rude as well!! Done with this place! And by thelooks of the other reviews they all agree the same. Better management needed in their inventory and workers. Read more

A Gem in a horrible location food is always fresh and the staff is always super friendly
I loved the food and the new security outside the door. They have a digital door code that you have to receive at the food line... entrance. Because of this new feature the bathroom was spotless clean and with real liquid soap, paper towels and a very cleantoilet. I write this because currently most fast food places are without amenities and usually filthy. Read more
The food was great, had the beef and fried rice with an egg roll. The problem was that there was one person ahead of us and we... stood in line waiting for someone to ask us if we could be helped for at least 3 minutes. The line staff moved about as if wewere invisible, my husband asked if we were going to be helped. I felt pushed and hurried though even though I already knewwhat I wanted to eat. Everything went well here. Just wanted to find somewhere to sit and have some food. When I walked in there was not much people... inside which was good but after like 5 minutes there was a very big line. It can get busy quickly. Took a little bit to have myorder but I enjoyed my orange chicken and white rice with a side of sesame chicken. I'll be back to Panda Express. Read more
I came at 8pm ordered on drive thru and told me 5 minute wait for an entree, I?m like ok that?s fine got to the window they said... go around and get in line I?m like wait that will be over 10 minute wait since there were about 10+ cars in line. I?m like can?tsomeone just walk out and give me my order? They said no for safety of the employees I?m like I get it bc of the area but Iwasn?t gonna wait too much so I politely asked for a refund instead the manager comes up very rude telling other employee idkwhy she wants a refund she knew she had to wait yeah! 5 minutes! Just give me my refund so I can leave! Employees are just lazy!I went to the location on west road they need some pointers from them!
