Horrible customer service!! I went in there ready to spend $30 but I just walked out because both the Spanish guy with clear... glasses and the Spanish lady were rude. I got rice and pasta and noticed that the portion was under for the rice and asked theguy to put "a little more" and he's like that's gonna be extra, FOR WHAT??? You adding another table spoon? Prices aren't updated. Shows 29 for the family meal on the drive thru but costs 32 on the receipt. Bad management and lack of... organization evident everywhere else you look. Never has food ready at peak times. Order was wrong. Bad customer service. Read more
stopped for lunch waited for 15 minutes to get to the counter and there were no entres I wanted clearly advertised on the big... menu board up top. ordered the spicy shrimp, OH we dont have it any longer then why are you advertising the item in bold lightedletters? How about the walnut shrimp, we're out of it, can I sample the Chicken, we don't give samples any longer & so itwent..I'm sorry I'm sorry ....NO I'm sorry... I came in here when I did order they screwed that up. The GRILLED TERIYAKI CHICKENwas aweful, it had so much fat on it I was spitting out grizzle until I tossed my food in the trash. What Happened To ThisPlace? It was a decent meal now its garbage, $13.37 for garbage, poor service but everyone was apologetic in their defense. Unpleasant, rude staff. I was originally told it would be a 10 minute wait for super greens side of veggies and I told them I... was willing to wait. then was told they were completely out of vegetables. However, I ordered broccoli beef for the meet entreeand did in fact have broccoli mixed in with the beef! So it seems more like laziness not wanting to make the vegetables... theywere also out of tea and wouldn?t make more. not apologetic at all, just a lot of attitude. I?ll add I came at 2pm on a Friday,no where near closing time. I?m happy I don?t live in this area and this isn?t my go-to Panda Express. Mine in Webster is SOmuch better with actually friendly staff. Shame. Read more
So many things wrong on so many levels. First there was no one interested in acknowledging any of the 3 customers waiting in... line at 825pm. The workers were only concerned about shutting store down while working the drive thru customers only. There wereat least 12 workers and no one was handling the inside customers. The food bars was depleted and the remaining food was drylooking. I've visited/reviewed other Panda Expresses at this time of evening and their attitude was not this negative. In allfairy, there was ONLY one employ, Arhmani, a female. She asked what or how she could help...this was after we were in the Pandafor 10 minutes waiting for someone to make a decision about making fresh noodles. I asked for the manager, I was told a cook wasthe mgr by one male employee that was sweeping the dirty floor and trash around customers that were waiting in line for food. Ihad to ask him to stop, so we could get out of his way. On the left side there was a female worker mopping the floor, that hadNOT been swept first. So imagine being between the sweeper guy and the mopper girl...(sic). Then I was also told Karina was theGeneral Mgr, by one female employer, but she also told me there's no Asst Mgr...but the guy sweeping the floor told me the chefdressed in ALL black was the Mgr... I was so lied to. I even warned the young lady at the counter that I do extensive businessreviews...she said "oh" and carelessly walked away. Upon leaving 30 minutes later, waiting for food, the chef dressed in blackwas holding the door open as we left. I asked are you the mgr...he said NO, Asst Mgr...but he NEVER, NEVER, EVER INTERACTED withregards to the entire scenario. He acted as the chef only, and only showed concern because he saw me take pics... And after Iasked was he a Mgr? He asked why, I said I'll be doing a review and it will not be positive... Pretty good for Chinese fast food. I had the honey sesame chicken breast with rice and an eggroll. I especially liked the... vegetables in the rice. The green beans were very good. $11 for one. Not too bad. Read more
I love Panda Express food. Sadly this location did fall short on service. They seemed annoyed with customer?s request. The... variety of entrees options was quite short (I went for dinner on Sunday evening). I tried to match my order with what wasavailable but they did not explain to me I?d get extra charges, when I was asking why my meal would be more expensive I?ve got abit of rude answer.
