I have always liked Panera Bread's coffee. We have several of the boutique coffee shops around this area but Panera still makes... the best tasting plain coffee in my opinion. Even though they took the Baked Potato Soup off the menu (that was a realdisappointment) we still enjoy Panera Bread. That is until I went in mid morning today to get some coffee and a scone. The men'sroom was in pretty bad shape. The sink, floor and toilet were dirty. Especially the sink. And, it didn't look like it has beencleaned in a while. I always thought that if the restroom is dirty then most likely so is the kitchen. Come on folks, you can dobetter! Read more

This was my first and last time inside of Panera. I was completely ignored by a fully staffed restaurant. I stood at the... register while four people (workers/ including the manager) stood there talking amongst each other and completely ignoring me. Iwalked over to the bakery part where two ladies were standing there and as soon as I started talking they walked off andsmirked. I did not even get mad because of the bad service. I know how to take my money elsewhere. The restaurant stinks andneeds a thorough cleaning as well . I was having a great day and continued to have a great day when I left. Read more

This is my second time going into Panera bread in 10 years, and I will not be back. I asked for two large soups to go. And this... is what I got. The only reason I came to the store was in search of some decent soup. Soup is decent, I did not want to go backand explain how the order got messed up..... Read more

Difficult to find a clean table. Coffee and drink station are very dirty, also. One time the coffee was old. Another time the... coffee had grinds in it. If it weren't so conveniently located to my work I probably wouldn't bother stopping in for my sipclub drink. Disappointed because I love Panera and have enjoyed different locations throughout the whole United States. Read more

I personally like the layout of this particular locations. Quality of food and drinks is consistent with Panera Bread's... franchise standards. Music, ambience and coffees are better than most Starbucks'. The only shortcoming is that they don't havepower outlets for most of the tables. Read more

I ordered a steak sandwich (most expensive sandwich) and a salad with a smoothie to go. When i opened my sandwich there was so... little ingredients i thought they forgot to finish it. Small meat slices pushed to one side, had to search for the onions. Alsono utensils to eat the salad. And i had to remind the two socializing employees behind the bakery counter to pour my smoothie Iordered 15 minutes earlier. Overall bad sandwich, bad service, missing stuff. Looking at all the other negative reviews thislocation should close down. Read more

$30 for two "Pick 2" meals and one drink - I don't mind spending the money if the quality is there that Panera promises... but... this was absolutely absurd. I drove to pick it up and bring it back home only to have my wife open up her sandwich to the imageattached. Panera calls that a sandwich? That looks like something sloppily put together that would cost $2 at a fast food burgerplace or something. There was barely any of each ingredient and it was dry as could be. It's almost like they sauced thissandwich by barely touching it with a spoon that had left over sauce from making a previous sandwich earlier (mine was just asdry too). I might as well have driven to HEB and picked up items to make my own that would have been much better than this. Ialready feel that Panera has high prices, but my wife enjoys their food and they say it's because of quality and freshingredients, so I get it and would willingly pay if it's worth it. But that kind of money for some dry bread with barelyanything on it... unacceptable. Read more
