If I could leave a 0 star I would. Dont order from this location unless youre gonna pick up. I placed an order and it took an... hour to deliver it once the driver left the store with it. I live less 8 minutes from the store. The manager offers 2 freepizzas on the next order and when I call in to get the 2 pizzas I am told that they were never noted on my profile and that hesgot to get approval from his district manager and I can order pizzas at a later date. The first and last time we will order from any Papa Johns. Tere seems to be some sort of barrier between Papa Johns and... doordash. While Papa shouldn?t be blamed for the order being put in wrong by the dasher, they are to be blamed for not eventrying to compensate us when we ordered a full topping pizza but it was given to us as ONLY cheese..who orders a pizza with notoppings for $20??? If you order from doordash, be sure to check the ticket on the box correctly because Papa Johns ?guarantee?is only if you order directly through the site?it should be about the customer but Papa Johns does not value their customers,that?s why there a dying pizza brand. Advice to management: replacing a pizza will cost you WAY less money than losing acustomer that wanted to order more and more. Picture says it all! If I was the person that prepared this I would have never gave this to anyone! Says a lot about the type of... people you have working there. I don't think I'll ever use this location again...it was just nasty on the inside! I ordered the Shaqaroni pizza with great anticipation, and high expectations, to only be left feeling disappointed and... frustrated after the experience. I had my hopes up too high. Basically, it was a regular pepperoni pizza, but bigger, withlarger slices. My pizza was not quite like the commercial... pepperoni to the edges..extra cheese..you be the judge. Shaq wouldbe mad!
