Always a great pizza but I ordered 2 large veg pizza plus chicken one came with chicken and the 2nd one didn't and the guy... argued with me saying it had chicken and then hang up the phone and I called again to speak to his manager and still. Here arethe photos of the pizza with No chicken I like to see a single piece of chicken here. The manager is sooo rude, I will not buypizza from them until I get an apology. After 1 hour 5 minutes I receive a cold pizza. I'm unhappy customer so disappointed. Idon't recommend this location at All. The store manager Paula was truly great manager she called me and apologized and tookcare of business, their pizza is my favorite, we love it. Read more
Arrived at 10:20pm. To place an order to go. The door was locked and lady came to the door and said they can only have call in... orders for delivery. So I asked if I could call in an order for delivery to my car outside and she said they couldn't becausethey were already closing the kitchen??????? The restaurant doesn't close until 11pm and your suppose to have a full menu untilthen. She was rude about it also. She seemed like she just didn't want to do her job. This is part of the reason Papa John'shas gone downhill. Do better!!! Read more
I went to this papa johns because i had a taste for a good pepperoni pizza, and i was not disappointed. I ordered a stuffed... crust pepperoni pizza and it was delicious!!!!! The crust was just right, not thin, not thick. It had a sufficient amount ofcheese and pepperoni. Just perfect. Well done papa johns. Read more
Normally we love ordering from PapaJohns and do regularly online. This one time we decided to call our order in. BIG MISTAKE-... HUGE!!! The calls go to a call center, the person on the other end spoke broken English at best. After repeating our orderincorrectly 3 times they assured us it was correct and would be ready in 30 minutes for pickup. We make it to the Louettalocation where everything looked correct until we got home to eat the pizza. The pizza we received was not what we ordered.NEVER AGAIN WILL WE CALL AN ORDER IN!! Papa Johns - go back yo taking calls locally it makes your locations look bad when thecall center screws up orders. Read more
