Papajohn is trash, delivery service is so bad and their staff attitude is so bad, I will never order food from Papajohn gain and... i will also inform my friends and family about the problem, they delivery to my wrong home address and didn't refund for me. Messed up my order, told me I would have a ?quality guarantee? and just call and give my number and I would have an ?in-store... credit?. Called to get my quality guarantee and they said it wasn?t in the system and that my ?past five orders? were qualityguarantee. How does that even happen? Most likely because they mess up everybody?s order, including my roommates who also got abogus ?quality guarantee?. After this experience I?m never doing business with this location again. Placed my order at 4:25 PM, the app said the it would be approximately 26-38 minutes. At around 5 PM, using the tracking....it... said my order was out for delivery. My order consisted only of one XL pizza, was supposed to be a quick bite for my childrenbefore an event we were attending. The pizza still hadn't arrived at 6 PM, I refreshed the app thinking my phone wasglitching.....was still out for delivery. I tried calling the store, no answer. I went to the store to pick up, before weneeded to leave. I was informed my order was picked up by the delivery person, at this point it was 6:10 PM. Luckily, myhusband was running late because the pizza finally arrived at 6:28 PM. It literally took 2 hours for this order. I didn't makea huge fuss because this is the only place that we order from. The pizza is good & this is the second time that this hashappened. Hopefully, this delay is addressed out before we order the next time. Read more

Kind of hard supporting independent owners when they are the reason for allowing bad product to leave their businessespecially when you have it delivered. Not cool opening up what you had a taste for looking dark brown and burnt black on thebottom, I just flip 1 over to show my frustration especially when I ordered this & pizza online for my kiddos and they didn'teven want to eat it. ???? I ordered two toppings medium size pizza. Simple order. One was pepperoni & bacon the other one was pineapple & pepperoni.... First, the time it took to deliver was ridiculous. I live 5 min away and it took almost an hour to be deliver the pizza. Once itarrived I quickly look over the pizza and it seemed to be right, once i went inside my house and opened both boxes completely itwas very upsetting that they were incorrect. The pepperoni pizza had only one topping (of course, pepperoni...) the other pizzahad barely pieces of pepperoni and no pineapple at all! Since my kid loves pepperoni and pineapple I called to see if there wasany way i could get a new pizza without having to leave my house because I had one kid already sleeping. When the guy answeredthe phone he gave two option which both require me to go to the store and show them that they were incorrect orders. I of coursehad to eat up my anger and discomfort, it is upsetting that after taking along time they cooked it incorrect. I would not orderfrom this place anymore it is pricey and not worth it if they are delivering/cooking pizza this way....! This location is fire. I really don't mind the antics of papa John. The food is that good. I thought I might die when I opened... the cardboard lid and there were pepperonis on top of other pepperonis. The cheese was there underneath but you couldn't see it. Read more
