I just got my food it was warmish barely any cheese on one pizza I wanted banana peppers and pepperoni on one half and regular... cheese on the other and there was pepperoni on the whole thing and barely and sauce on the buffalo barbecue Pizza. I ordered 16buffalo wings they gave me barbecue so now I'm waiting for my wings and sending the other ones back with them as requested Ireally hope they're not giving them to somebody else I would not like that done with me. Used the app to order and drove to location. Waited in the parking lot for the app to show my order was ready for pickup. ... After waiting beyond the estimated time. I drove up to the window. The ticket showed my order was ready for over 10 minutes. Idrove home with my food and evem after picking up the food The app still showed cooking. Read more
Made the mistake of ordering pepperoni,sausage,six cheese pizza today. It did not have generous amount of cheese as advertised... and very little meats. Crust was very thin also. Placed a order 70 mins ago. And nothing as arrived yet. (Was quoted 31 minutes online). Called and was told they were waiting on... a driver to come back and pick it up. If you are short staffed like everyone else, at-least adjust your online time so reflectthe accurate ticket time. Read more
Why is it that these fast food places use door dash for delivery?? That?s the worst most stupidest idea ever, door dash is the... worst delivery service existed, every time I order from this papa John?s food is always cold, pizza never has enough cheese andthe dough on the crust is getting more and more tough and too much flour on the crust?I swear after ordering years and yearsfrom this location they just get worse and worse.
