Super fresh , friendly, clean . We had a Shrimp Poboy and Supreme Poboy deviled eggs ,chips and Potato Salad .
Was on my way home from work and had a craving for an Italian sub and just happened to find Paulie's Poboy's on Westheimer by... HEB. I ordered the Poboy Muffaletta to-go and only expected an average sandwich. Anyway, I was so pleased with how good it was!It was very flavorful, - the meat, the sauce, bread, cheese and especially the olive flavor. I will definitely go back soon andam pretty sure I will become a regular customer. Read more
Got the Shrimp Po-Boy to go which was $12 with tipping the staff (who were great)- to clarify there were no fries, sides, or a... drink, just the sandwich. I was not impressed. Tiny shrimp were mushy and the breading was indistinguishable from the meat.Outside buns was greasy and tasted greasy presumably from the press. This was not the best Poboy in a 2 mile radius, let alonethe world. The sandwich I received did not justify the price I paid, it was a disappointing experience. Other's have said greatthings about their other sandwiches, so take my experience with a grain of salt. I'll give them another try with a differentsandwich and see if we can hit a groove. Read more

This is not a roast beef poboy? this is just a basic roast beef sandwich that is over priced. Cold, no lettuce, no sauce. Just a... cold, dry, roast beef and cheese sandwich. The only two stars because you can?t mess up the zaps voodoo chips. Read more
The food was good and the service was nice, however I didn't appreciate the staring of me taking my first bite and asking me how... is it. Kinda awkward if you ask me... I had no idea who the women was but she was sitting in front of me. She just watched meeat and asked me questions like "How was the first bite? Is it still good? How'd you hear about us? Be honest, on a scale of1-10 how great is it?" I normally don't mind these things but it was a little disturbing for someone just trying to enjoy theirlunch. Maybe asking when I'm through eating, rather than as I'm taking the first bite... Besides all that noise, the turkeymufalleta was good and had good flavors. Just wish the olive salad had more of a tang to it, but that's just a personalpreference. Would come back, but I don't like to be bothered and interrogated as I eat. It's awkward. Read more
