Haven?t been in this place in almost 9 years. Never disappoints. Lupe the GM was the best at taking my order and ensuring my... pizzas were cooked as I requested. Did take out, and the pizzas were delicious and toppings very well spread and well done toperfection. My wings were also amazing and delicious as expected! It was all right the pizza was pretty scarce I get there early and they don't seem to fill it up until customers start coming in... so if the parking lot isn't crowded and probably won't get what you want so I ate a lot of salad The bathrooms were really cleanalso in this facility Read more
My husband & I along with our two kids went to have dinner. I had mentioned the employee I wanted a large whole pepperoni pizza... and to add beef on just half. I Believe he misunderstood when I received a large half pepperoni and half beef pizza & I checkedmy recipe he had not charged the extra beef . Since I was really craving both pepperoni and beef together I went and asked theemployee if he can fix my order I was willing to pay for the pizza I wanted since I knew he probably missed understood me andWas not at fault . He called his manager and his reaction to the situation was the best ! He fixed my order and apologized forthe mistake and personally took are new pizza all the way to were we were seated and to our surprise as an apology he upsizedour large pizza to an XL . This place has the best customer service starting from employees and best management team . We willdefinitely be coming more often . Read more
If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Bathrooms are gross. The games are all broken or out of order or missing balls!!... Absolutely awful! Wasted our money on coming here over Chuck E. Cheese! None of the games works you have to keep asking for yourtokens back. Our pizza was thrown away while we were playing! The tickets prizes are all really cheaply made over priced dollarstore items! I will never come back again! We drove 30 min to come out here it was such a shame to bring our kids to such a badplace. Even the employees hate their jobs!! Read more
We got burnt pizza. Our pan pizza had very little cheese so we ate the crust with the little toppings it had and left the rest... there. The food is not the best but the games are okay for kids. Service was nice and easy. Cleanliness was on point. Over allokay but I don't think I'll be coming back. We came for our school fundraiser. Read more
We love this place easy to get to great pizza and one of the freshest and most amazing salads. It even has sliced parm on it.... Not to mention they have a fabulous deal for kids, mini pizza and drink plus 150 tickets for only 3.99. Now thats a deal. Plusgrown ups can enjoy draft beer sports and the 2 for 22$ Tuesday!!!! We had our son?s 7th birthday party on December 2022. He, his younger brother and occurred little friend enjoyed it. The only... thing I thought that it was to crammed. I also wish they would switch to eCards for points, versus tokens, and for e-Tickets.Less things you have to carry around. Overall, it was a descent experience. Read more
