Awful experience. Pizza had not arrived after almost an hour so I gave the store a call. Lan answered and after I explained the... situation she gave a loud annoyed sigh before saying my phone number was wrong (it wasn?t) and said the pizza guy was pullingback in right now. I went to my porch and waved at the car, but it ended up just driving off. I called back and said i wouldjust like a refund and Lan said ?okay I?ll give you a refund? and hung up. I called back and asked for some kind of confirmationon the refund, but of course she didn?t have one. Awful customer service at this location. Read more
Found a hair in my pizza. This is the last time I order pizza from fast food chain. You?d expect hair in other food but not... pizza. The hair was long and straight inside the dough itself. I had to spit out my bite to get the hair out of my mouth. Itwasn?t a hair that fell in but was stuck all the way inside the pizza slice. So it?s gross to think the dough was made withhair. I checked my first pizza, the crust was barely covered with toppings so they remade it, it was much better.
Slow, inefficient, and cramped. This is what they consider pepperoni pizza. Almost NO sauce, and Very Little cheese. No... shortage of grease though. This place has the greasiest pizza I've ever had.
