A horrible pizza with little to no toppings. Under cooked. The pizza is always bad at this location. Never again.
Order 3 topping pizza instead and got a pepperoni pizza. Called back and they said they going to give me a new one waiting for... 2h30m called back and they told me the driver has dropped it off. Yeah, your driver drops a pizza that was made out of air. Wehave a ring doorbell there was nothing picked up. Don't waste your money on this pizza hut store. Read more

I was watching UFC Saturday night they advertised Pizza Hut's new edge pizza looked incredible so immediately I ordered one ,20... minutes later I get to pizza hut open the Box and there's hardly anything on it !! yeah it went to the edge because there's nocrust but there's less toppings than a frozen pizza pizza for almost $20 ??? The manager Singh (if that?s even his real name) is a notorious liar. I ordered a pizza at1 pm waited an hour and nothing. I... call to ask ?what?s the status on my pizza? and Singh tells me it?s out for delivery. I wait another hour and still no pizza andcall back and he tells me that my pizza was delivered and his driver had called me in advance (nothing but lies). I tell himthat the pizza was never delivered and his driver never called me. His response? ?Call corporate for your money back? and hangsup on me. I was working in my garage waiting on the pizza and of course it was never delivered. I have cameras on my front doorand my driveway and kids were in the house watching tv the entire time. 15 minutes after I spoke with Singh his delivery callsme and tells me he?s sorry and he wants to pay me back for my pizza. I decline because it?s not his fault and I tell him that ismanger is a piece of sheet and a liar and he tells me he lies to everyone (employees and customers). Made a order at 7:03 pm and waited 51 min patiently, so i called the store to ask about my order and was told per store manager... Blake the delivery driver had a flat tire so they sent another driver to retrieve orders from previous driver to deliverhimself. I told him i did not want pizzas that were sitting in a vehicle for over 51 mins. He insisted i wanted to cancel andsaid that's fine". no courtesy call about the situation nor a apology what so ever. This is the second time in a row we?ve had a terrible experience. The first time, the pizza was raw. I called the store and the... girl that answered said ?we wouldn?t have let it leave the store uncooked? and didn?t offer a new order/refund/apology. Thiscurrent time, we ordered at 5:45pm with an estimated delivery of 6:30pm. I know they?re short staffed so I figured a few minuteslate would be fine. I called the store and she was helpful and said ?the driver left here 25 minutes ago with three orders inyour area with a 40 minute ETA.? 7:05 pm and we finally got pizza. I know they?re understaffed, but at least communicate timescorrectly and help train your staff to better respond to situations. UPDATE: our pizza is freaking cold and soggy. 0 stars ifpossible. With so many other pizza places, we will be avoiding this one from now on. Read more
