I ordered over the phone Tuesday 10/18/22 and came to pick up my order which was coming out of the oven as I walked in? There... were only (2) people working, a young lady and a young man ( I want to say his name was Jose but it could have been Juan?) Theyoung man met me at the register and let me tell you, as I waited for my order to be boxed up this guy was calm and and veryprofessional. There was a rush of orders and the place was extremely busy but that didn?t phase him one bit. I was impressed tosay the least. The oven was full to capacity and the orders were still coming in and people were lining up to pick up theirorders also. The young lady was hustling and boxing up orders and keeping up with the demand as well? I have never seen such abusy rush handled so perfectly? Juan?s ability to handle the pressure was nothing short of amazing and it left a lastingimpression on me. I have been a Pizza Hut customer since I was a young kid and I am 54 now and never have I seen such a busyhectic situation handled so perfectly? I could not in good conscience not leave a review. BTW, the Pizza and Pasta were doneexactly right as well? Please do not get rid of this team. They can handle whatever needs to be done and if ever I sawmanagement material I saw it Tuesday in Juan. Burnt cheese bread was inedible. I haven?t had Pizza Hut in years. I remember why now. This location always lets their food... over-bake. I spent almost $40 on my order and $9 for burnt cheese bread that was inedible and lost my appetite. Only anestablishment that doesn?t care about their customers would serve something like this. Sorry this place use to be pretty good and for the simple fact that small things go a long way I don?t understand out of all the... years that I?ve been supporting Pizza Hut that they feel like I should be paying for peppers and Parmesan cheese from my pizzawhen I went there I have to work or do you have any papers and Parmesan Cheese He says we do not then he goes to the back andbrings out peppers and Parmesan and little bottles and said that I can purchase these that?s crazy sorry Pizza Hut but I willnot be returning just for the simple jester that?s like me saying that I?ll pay for catch-up for my fries at Whataburger orMcDonald?s or hey I?ll even pay for my napkins that I need for my hands in my mouth it?s just a little simple things like that Read more
I ordered dinner from Pizza Hut on Uvalde on Friday night. I get all the way home and my order was wrong, again. Second time in... a month. The manager is a young girl and very RUDE and said she was ?pretty sure? my pizza was given to me, which added insultto rudeness, to a fouled up order! I will not order Pizza from this store again! i order food online from pizza hut they said the food will get there at 8:16 we was waiting all the way until 9:00 we called and... they said oh we cancelled the order as soon as it was put in we had no notification about that nobody called they claimed theycalled so we had to ask about the refund they said oh we already put it back but they just now put it back today. Ordered pizza from here online. Waited FOREVER... then got a notification from my credit card company that there was a refund... trying to process. They canceled my order and didn?t even call to tell me! With my car in the shop and no one else deliveringsince it had gotten so late, me and my munchkin just didn?t eat dinner at all. I called customer service to ask why and tocomplain because I was really upset my kid was hungry! They were very nice, sent me a complimentary pizza as an apology. Iordered it with EXTRA EXTRA sauce on the pizza, bell peppers, mushrooms, and tomatoes. This is what I got. I hadn?t mentionedthe coupon until after I got my order, with disgust went and spoke the manager. Rang me up in silence for my other items andglared as I walked out. This pizza is burnt and DRY!
