I placed an order in the app for curbside. I arrived at the restaurant at 7:15 pm, the app said my order was ready. I checked in... and waited. And waited, and waited. I called the number in the app which took me to an outsourced agent that told me he notifiedthe staff and someone would be out any minute. No one showed. I finally went in after 45 minutes of waiting on anyone to bringme my order. I specifically ordered curbside because I had a sick child with me and did not want to bring him in the store, andI'm certainly not leaving him in the car. I told the guy behind the counter about the situation and he shrugged. Just shrugged,no response, nothing. This location is the most poorly run I have ever ordered from. I had placed an order for curbsidepreviously and had one of the staff be insulting when I called in asking about it because apparently it did not register that Iwanted curbside. I ordered a BIG box special with pepperoni and the other Pizza hamburger with bread sticks and I got two medium pizzas ????. I... ordered at 9:02pm and I was told the pizza would be delivered in 30 to 45 minutes and I didn?t receive it until 10:09pm so Icalled the store about a complaint, but I was told we don?t give store credit, we are short of drivers and it?s not guaranteeyour delivery would be delivered between 30 to 45 minutes. Big box meal was good. received order hot and fresh. On point with pick-up time. Wings were cooked well and not overcooked and... sauce was tangy and tasty not bitter and bland. Read more
The pizza box designed perfectly as I wanted,been a decade since I had cinnamon sticks and let me say they were delicious ????... right along with the soft cheesy breadsticks,I recommend this to anyone anytime anyday. Read more
I've been choosing Pizza Hut for almost 40 years with excellent experiences each time. Some stores stand out more than orthers.... The Scarsdale Store is one of the stand out stores. They are ALWAYS friendly, patient, on point with the order and of course thefood is exactly what I love. I just moved in this area and I'm very pleased with their service. My order was placed at 6:20, the app said it would be ready at 6:50. I know this location is terrible but it?s close so I... ordered anyways. NEVER AGAIN. Maybe they need better management, more employees, a system in place to get customers out thedoor with their food but the pizza was cold and hard by the time I got it. Carry out. Service at counter was ok this time. Normally they come to greet you when they are good and ready. No peppers or... cheese packets bc they ran out, how do you run out!! We haven't eaten Pizza Hut in years, so we decided to try again; BAD DECISION! I remember Pizza Hut being the best...what... happened? After last night's pizza, I had to take an Alka Seltzer for my stomach ache. Seriously Disappointed!! By the way, Ican't understand how their pizza gets cold so quick!
