1st time ordering from this location and last time. Items were not sealed and box was bent up. Only reason I gave 2 stars is... because it was delivered on time but the presentation was terrible. Makes you skeptical about eating it. Seal your boxes please.That's how you keep customers by following protocols and also answer the phone when the customer calls. Wow this Pizza Hut has become awful! In the past if there was ever a problem ordering online they would offer to make it right... somehow. The manager working tonight was something else. She blamed the online system and afternoon manager for my order noteven being started yet when I showed up on time for pick up. She said they only had one cook but I could see people standingaround in the back. NO APOLOGIES, just attitude. I cancelled the online order and left. Read more
So I ordered a large pizza with half and half toppings, some boneless wings and some que papas. I got my ordered delivered.... First of all driver was super nice and gave me a call as he was showing up to confirm, I asked him to leave on porch. I came outgot my order and he left up high because he didn?t want to leave on flier, he waited till I got my order and was so kind. Ok soI given an extra pizza instead of half and half but I was missing my que papas which wasn?t a big deal, well an hour lateranother driver came back to bring me a greasy batch!!! I placed an order of one pizza at 5:10after several phone calls, I had to go to the store to pick it up, after he made me a... fresh one. Be that time I was driving home at 7:25. And their store is only 1.5 miles away. The store employee couldn't havecared less. And it showed, clearly. Read more
Honestly my pizza was delicious with the perfect amount of toppings, at first I questioned if I should order from here because... of the reviews, but don?t regret it. Yes the delivery time was long but I knew that when I ordered it and I had no rush with it.10/10 recommend just remember your not the only wanting a pizza delivered or picked up, so don?t expect it to be as fast assomething like little ceasers but if you do want something fast and are in a rush then yeah go to little ceasers, But if youdon?t mind the wait time order here :) Read more
Pizza box wasn?t sealed and pizza appeared to have bodily fluid on it..it definitely wasn?t grease! Will be contacting corporate... and sending the pizza off for testing because I dont take this lightly, we have a child and thank god he didn?t eat this! Read more
