Ordered online and didn?t receive my order. I called and talked to the rudest manager I?ve ever spoken to. I was told I would... get a refund and that didn?t happen. Call back after two weeks and said I haven?t gotten my money back and was left on hold andthen hung up on and now they won?t answer the phone! Average at best. But the experience is ruined by not having everything I ordered included. Even the small stuff matters. Also... passing little balls of breading off as wings is ridiculous. Oh and not even putting the correct number of wings. Won't orderagain. Read more
The pizza dough was completely flat and not good at all. It was clearly made incorrectly so it should not have been delivered to... me in that way. It was literally like a piece of paper. It was terrible. I called the store and was only offered a $5 credit.They could have at least offered to remake the pizza. Read more
Terrible customer service. I have tried repeatedly to continue using this Pizza Hut and every single time they mess my order... up. Spend 45 bucks to get half my food. Worst part is the customer service at this location though. I tried calling and theydidn?t seem to care much. Offered a 10 credit for almost 25 bucks worth of missing food, (also the wings I did receive looklike they were half eaten and they were the wrong flavor). Asked to speak with a manager and they hung up on me. So that wasreally neat. The fact that I have to call customer service to have my situation accommodated is pretty terrible. Definitely needsome training in food service along with management and staffing. Will no longer be ordering from here. Really disappointing. Read more
This is my budget pizza place with some decent made pizzas. Their online $7.99 deals and offers are pretty good and fair... prices. The online order can be quickly as 15-25 minutes. This place is small and doesn?t have much chairs for customers whilewaiting on a busy day for pickup or in store order. Sometime parking lot can be full at night. The cashier staffs seemfriendly and know what they?re doing. The kitchen staffs seem to working very hard. Driver staffs doing their things andalways packing up for deliveries. Read more
Pretty bad experience. Sauce was all over the crust. Look like they just throw large amount all over. Pizza doesn't look good... and taste so bad for extra sauce. Pizza wasn't cut properly. I won't come back to this location. Read more
Normally I would give a high rating but this time the crust was bigger than the pizza itself... I wouldn't have had company over... I would've gone back to return it. There is almost more crust than pizza. Flavor was good and staff there is always friendly,but disappointed in todays pizza. Would be lower rating but I like hire the employees are. Read more
