This is the WORST and the most GHETTO Pizza Hut in Houston, Tx on Ella Blvd. we placed and order and 2 hours later we still... didn?t get a pizza. I called to check on our order as well as to cancel. The call center transferred me 4 different times. Thefirst 3 times I was transferred to the store and they picked up, said hello, didn?t say, ?thank you for calling Pizza Hut oranything.? He answered as if it was his own personal number and I was his friend calling. He then proceeds to sat the phone downand I can literally hear their conversations and arguing in the back ground. I guess they figured I would hand up but I did not.They came back after about 15 min and said hello. When I said hello, they hung up. This happened once with a woman answeringthen a man. They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and the service is HORRIBLE. I?d rather eat at the nastiest restaurant in Houstonbefore I eat at THIS Pizza Hut again. FIRE THE WHOLE TEAM!!! Answering the phone would be quite helpful. Providing the servive that has been paid for would be appreciated. In the same week,... I had an issue with my order. This last time, I ordered at 648pm and received a cold, burnt cheese pizza after 930 pm. Ireceived mozzarella chesse sticks instead of bread cheese sticks and my wings were cold and overcooked.
