So many things wrong with this order first of all nobody called us to let us know that the order was he didn?t even ring the... doorbell they just sat it, threw it on the ground! it sat outside for 2 hours!! So my husband just decided to get up and go openthe door and the pizzas is laying right there in the ground we open the box is full of ants and everything extra sloppy it?slike they put extra sauce when I said light sauce will never ever order from here again!! This is the WORST and the most GHETTO Pizza Hut in Houston, Tx on Ella Blvd. we placed and order and 2 hours later we still... didn?t get a pizza. I called to check on our order as well as to cancel. The call center transferred me 4 different times. Thefirst 3 times I was transferred to the store and they picked up, said hello, didn?t say, ?thank you for calling Pizza Hut oranything.? He answered as if it was his own personal number and I was his friend calling. He then proceeds to sat the phone downand I can literally hear their conversations and arguing in the back ground. I guess they figured I would hand up but I did not.They came back after about 15 min and said hello. When I said hello, they hung up. This happened once with a woman answeringthen a man. They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and the service is HORRIBLE. I?d rather eat at the nastiest restaurant in Houstonbefore I eat at THIS Pizza Hut again. FIRE THE WHOLE TEAM!!! Great service today! The young man that was at the shop at 11 this morning was very nice and gave excellent customer service!... Hadn't been to pizza hut in awhile and don't know why the food was great! Read more

Answering the phone would be quite helpful. Providing the servive that has been paid for would be appreciated. In the same week,... I had an issue with my order. This last time, I ordered at 648pm and received a cold, burnt cheese pizza after 930 pm. Ireceived mozzarella chesse sticks instead of bread cheese sticks and my wings were cold and overcooked. There's absolutely no customer service for this sorry a$$ Pizza Hut. Since the lady on phone thinks that just because they are... franchise that they can get away with the b.s. of taking more than a hour to cook pizza and not even getting the order correcteither is crazy! I want to know what is the point of offering delivery services if you NEVER have drivers? The last couple of times I tried to... order, I was called immediately saying either there is no one in the store to make the order, or there are no drivers. If I could give 0 stars, I would. There was a roach baked into one of the olives on my supreme pizza. I returned both pizzas to... the store, and the manager was rude and asked me, " So yall ate most of the pizza before yall noticed the roach?" Ummmm. Howabout being apologetic that there was a roach on the food at all and that there may be more...I didn't even get a refund but wastold the manager would contact me in the morning. We'll see. Ordered pizza online. Delivery time continued to rise. Called several times before someone answered to check on order. Was given... less than pleasant communication on the phone. Decided to pick up food. Once I got home noticed pizza was missing toppings,wings did not have the requested sauce and they gave us the wrong desert. While I understand the climate we are in, I do believethere should be a stronger process. This falls on leadership. Update: the pizza was terrible.
