I?m not sure why this particular location has bad reviews. I?ve been here several times now and the pizza is always fresh and... hot! It?s easy to get to and convenient for lunch. Ordered delivery and waited 2 1/2 hours. They didn't bother telling us it was a doordash. Pizza arrived cold, pizza hut refused... to take responsibility, and tried to screw over the driver. Read more
I ordered one large pizza last night around 7pm it's still early at this time . When I say the pizza was very thin , too much... grease on the pizza , tasted very old and burnt like they don't clean they cooking area , now I'm sitting here stomach hurts andI think I might have food poison. Worst service ever, I am not sure why you have sign that says you close at 9pm but you start shutting down the store way before... overall I didn't get my pizza because it was to late when I ordered online. Apparently you have to order before 8 pm becausethey have to be out by 9pm. I am not sure how that works if the store closes at 9pm. Read more
Ordered a pepperoni pizza and expected regular deep dish pan pizza that Pizza Hut is known for. We were given some kinda flat... non Pizza Hut pizza. Called to fix it but they said it was us who ordered wrong and refused to remake it. What kind of customerservice is that? It would?ve cost them like way less to fix the situation but they?re not the classiest, most professionalemployees. Customer satisfaction is clearly not their priority. Just put a call into head office because clearly based on theirreviews this location needs an overhaul. If we wanted another kind of non-deep dish pizza we would?ve went to any other pizzajoint.
