The custumer service was not what I expected, I order 2 pizzas online for pick up, the order supposed to be ready by 6:15. Show... up only to find out my order was given to someone else. After 30 minutes of waiting I was told that it will be another 45minutes before my order was ready. Finally the manager got involved and got my order in 5 minutes. Read more

Usually I like going to Pizza Hut. Yesterday the location on Little York and 59 didn't do a good job with my order. The pizza... dough look and taste like it could have been cooked longer or turn the temperature up on the stove. Didn't have that goldencrust look with the melted cheese. The young man who work the front counter was really nice and pleasant. NO ONE in thekitchen had on hats, hair nets or something to keep hair from possibly falling in the food. Pizza was suppose to be ready in 15 minutes and it took about 35 minutes. I did my order online and 2 customers that order... after me got their order first than me. When I receive my order I left I was already frustrated for waiting. Had to go backbecause I was missing the wings. Read more

Called to place an order just now and Michelle was super rude. This girl has as much professionalism as a street walker. Funny... part is this order was free due to her behavior and she was worse by phone than in person last time. I cannot spend my moneyhere.
