The worse food and customer service! We normally door dash but we decided to get pizza instead I ordered at 5:41 and it arrived... at 6:41. Apparently the store didn?t have any drivers so they had door dash bring the food. The food arrived over cooked andnasty! Then the door dash driver was rude and didn?t have change. I called the store to complain and that ghetto acting managergets an attitude with me. Will never order from them again. Read more

Today I placed an order for delivery 2 orders of pizzas & an order of 12pcs of chicken wings. When the delivery driver got to my... house he didn?t have the 12pcs of wings nor any acknowledgment of the wings. I called the store & spoke w a girl by the name ofTee which was extremely rude & could care less that my delivery order was missing items. All she offered was for me to pick upthe missing wings. Which obviously I had my ordered delivered because I didn?t have a vehicle to pick up my order & paid anextra fee. I asked to speak to her supervisor as she was no help nor intended to help the situation. She proceed to give me hersupervisor phone number because she said she wasn?t there by the name of Miliah. I told her I would call corporation because Iam sure this is not how Pizza Hut treats customers. She didn?t care & said to go ahead. This has to be the worse experience ordering pizza. I normally order my food through doordash but pizza hut?s prices are double... on there so I decided to order directly from the store, bad idea!!! I ordered my pizza before 10:30am with a delivery time of11:15am. I received a text at 11am saying my pizza was on the way. The Pizza Hut is 15 minutes away from my apartment but by11:30am my pizza still had not arrived so I called. I was told another bigger order was being delivered first even though myorder was placed first and that my order is on the way. At 12pm, still no order so I called back and said cancel the order andrefund my money. The manager said no problem, I?ll refund it when the driver gets back and it will take 3 to 5 days for yourrefund. I was fine with that but I did not like the carefree attitude. No concern for customer service or how late my pizza was.My order eventually showed up shortly after 12pm, nice and cold. If you are looking for good, hot, fresh pizza from a companywho cares about its customers regardless of how much you spend, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE? I will never order from here again. Read more

I ordered the dinner box for delivery. My order arrived on time, it was hot, presentation was great, everything was there... exactly how I expected, looked just like the online photos, and it was delicious. I'll definitely order again. Read more

My delivery was all messed up and my pizza was terrible. I asked for an edge pizza and got a regular thin crust pizza, not an... edge!! I also ordered it with extra sauce and extra pepperoni which I did not get. I also ordered a half cheese half pepperonipizza which I did not get it had pepperoni all over it and it was not an edge either which it was supposed to be. I called backto get a refund or to get them to make me another order. The lady on the phone was very ugly and rude she told me she could notsend me another pizza without charging me five dollars. I am furious, they made my pizza wrong and they want me to pay them fivedollars to bring the correct one it to me!!!!! She called me back and said she could not credit my account and the only wayshe could help me was to make me pay five dollars for more pizza. I am legally blind and cannot go pick up another pizza and yetthey wanted to charge me even though I cannot drive to go get the pizza. I told her I wouldn?t be ordering from them again andshe said OK that?s fine!! There is a reason why this Pizza Hut gets very little stars. Read more

Took over two hours to get our pizza and when I called to ask if there was anything I could do to help the driver find our... apartment like should I go outside and wait for him or describe the area better or something the girl who answered the phonesnapped at me and told me ?ma?am he has 19 orders to make yours is in the car it will get to you when it gets to you? I told her?I?m sorry I was just trying to be helpful I know that it can be hard to find the apartment in the dark and to be honest twohours is a long time to have pizza just sitting out. so I wanted to make sure they hadn?t left it on the doorstep and maybe gotthe wrong apartment or something. I?m not complaining I?m just trying to make his job easier by doing what I can to help.?Instead of offering to have the driver call me or two cancel the order since it had been out for two hours already and theywere closing shortly, she simply said ?whatever that?s fine. It?ll get to you when it gets to you.? They drop the pizza offabout 20 minutes after that forgot the drinks and yes the pizza was room temperature and very soggy. We didn?t eat it for healthreasons anyone could easily understand. If you order a pizza at 9 o?clock and it?s cooked and ready 20 minutes later and out thedoor but you don?t get it until Close to midnight, probably not going to make you sick but definitely not appetizing. Also wehad to pre-tip the driver when we placed our order which don?t even get me started on how leaving a pre-tip basically ensuresyou?re going to get lackluster service. People give exceptional service and they get big tips but if they already have the tipthey have no incentive to go above and beyond. Why don?t you just charge us the extra money and pay your drivers accordinglybecause tipping somebody without them doing the job is ridiculous concept. Read more

this used to be my absolute favorite pizza hut. many Friday and Saturday nights were spent here and was sad to lose the Dine In... experience when COVID came along . i was happy when they finally opened up the dine in area and decided to return but wasextremely disappointed. the place was filthy , sitting area , bathrooms . The only good thing about this place was the sweetcashier. Do yourself a favor and just order for delivery . Read more

Absolutely the worst experience!!! Half of my pasta was not cooked on half of the order. Crunchy pasta? yuck! I call the store... and the manager says for me to bring it back which is a 45 minute trip for me. Then says I can bring all the food back tomorrowfor a refund! Very rude!!! Read more
