I was able to place a carryout order at 10:57pm at the 17500 Northwest Freeway location. I called to confirm that I would be... able to pick up the order and the lady who answered the phone very pleasantly let me know yes, the pizza would be ready in about9 min for pick up. I sent my bf to get the pizza, which was a location he was not familiar with, because our l closest store wasalready closed. He accidentally passed it and went way too far. The lady called me to let me know she would be leaving in 5minutes. I let her know that he was on his way he went to the wrong store. She waited for him to arrive and was still just aspleasant and forgiving when he got the pizzas! We thank her SO MUCH for taking care of us so close to closing time!! 10 starsout of a 5 star rating system! Read more
This location always comes in clutch. Their pizza is always hot and made correctly, customer service is on point if you need it,... and the delivery drivers are super nice. I?ve only had to call after ordering two separate times in a sea of dozens because ofthings not in their control and they always made it right anyway, immediately. Read more

I spent $90 for cold pizza, hard bread sticks and flavorless wings. The driver was rude even after we gave him a tip.
